I hit this Jack in the Box probably close to once a week, at is it conveniently located on my trips out of the area. Very nice Jack in the Box, great staff, they normally get the orders right and we usually have a lot of folks so believe me it is a challenge. Really dont have any complaints, its a nice Jack in the Box. Be aware though they are NOT open 24 hours.

This is one awesome JITB. They are super friendly and they support veterans and first responders. The manager was gracious enough to offer me a veterans discount. Marcos, the young man who took my order was very nice and even made sure to thank me for my service. I will make this my lunch spot of choice when in the area.

Blah. Service is real bad, and my orders are consistently wrong. There is a pretty girl that works there, she knows who she is. But other than that, they restrict napkin use, and are really right on buttermilk sauce. Management probably needs to ease up for this place to run more smoothly.

Its pretty much your typical jack in the box. Small space but fair amount of seating that usually doesnt get filled up. At most Ive seen maybe half of the restaurant filled. Bathroom doesnt have a mirror, but is kept clean for the most part

Avoid the drive through. Its terribly narrow and there are tons of scrapes on the side that show anyone with a car larger than a typical sedan (my car barely fit) will easily hit the sides. Never going through that drive through again.

This location is newer than the one on El Camino/Newport and has a bigger dining area. Get here before noon and the place is not crowded at all. Thats pretty much with any fast food restaurant.
