I had the best experience here on my Birthday Wednesday March 22nd 2017 with my wife. My wife and I joined the ihop e club the night before with the intention that we would receive an email for a free full stack the famous Rooty Tooty fresh N Fruity pancake breakfast. We did not receive the email for some reason but we were already going to eat there anyway. Our waiter was very polite and professional, his name was Jonathan. I told him our situation and he said that he would ask the manager if I could get the free birthday breakfast without the email. When he returned to our table he said "unfortunately my manager said no". I was kind of bummed out because I wasnt really expecting that answer. I told him that I would keep checking my email before I made my order. Well after fifteen minutes still no email. Jonathan told me that he would ask one more time. When he returned to the table he said that they would make an exception because it was my actual birthday. I was just like a child with how happy I was. Needless to say that Jonathan went above and beyond to accommodate me on my birthday would be an understatement. Thank you to Jonathan and all the ihop staff for making my birthday breakfast an amazing one! We will be back.

Its amazing how poorly IHOP staff respond to any requests to support my gluten and milk allergies. Granted they are a pancake House so I didnt go in expecting much, maybe a bowl of fruit, anything, but this is the kind of place where the staff just stare at you with a fearful expression when you ask if they have allergy information their food. I have been to thousands of restaurants and I try to be polite. I know allergies are my problem and not theirs. But IHOP staff are clearly not trained in allergy support and I would guess they have been taught some negative stereotypes by leadership.

Great service, no lines, you dont order at a counter and they have great pancakes. They seat you so you can eat your breakfast, they refill your coffee and theyre happy to tweek up your menu items at no additional cost.

IHOP doesnt claim to be anything fancy, and they do a good job at the whole 24/7 breakfast thing. That being said, they could improve the service and maybe clean up the place a little.

Service is good,but what i dont like is that they serve small portions compared to other ihops ive been too. I go all the way to costa mesa for ihop since there portions are better.

This location needs to learn how to cook bacon all the way thru. I like my bacon a tad on the raw side, but this was unhealthy. The pancakes were good as always. Its in the name.

IHOP is great. This location, not. Was seated without asking beverage selection and 15 minutes went by without being approached for order. They can do better.
