I give this franchise 1 star only because there is not anything lower. :( This place is a rip off and I urge you to check your receipt before you leave the place. I went there yesterday only to be insulted and flat out called a liar to my face by a hostess named PENELOPE. I ordered 2 Belgium Waffles and a order of appetizer sampler to go. I handed her my 15% discount card and paid what she said. In waiting for my order I looked over the receipt and saw that she rang up 2 stuffed french toast @ $9.69 and app sampler $10.99 and that my total was $30.37 before the 15% discount and that my out the door total bill was $31.02. I told the hostess that she rang up the wrong items. She told me that I ordered stuffed french toast I said no it is to be the Belgium Waffles. She said well I heard Stuffed French Toast thats what you told me. I said no, I want the Waffles. She said she would go tell the cook and that they are the same price. I picked up a menu and to my surprise the Waffles are $8.99 not $9.69. like the hostess told me that the Waffles and french toast are the same price. Then I pointed out the fact that 15% off is not correct. How can $ 1.65 be 15% off of $30.37 ??? She tells me that the computer is programed that way and there is nothing she can do about it and bring in your receipt the next time you come in and talk to Tom (franchised owner) about it. Like that will ever happen. On my way out one of the buss boys tells me that Tom said that they will not be accepting the I HOP Golden Age Club 15% discount card any more. I assume that Tom is only out for the money trying to make a go of a business in America here because when friends of mine go there they say that they are always counting the money in the back office or at the front counter and when I was there that is what the girls were doing. After eating the food from this franchise and being treated like a 2 year old child by the staff I would never think about going to this I HOP ever again. I would take the 10 mile drive to Riverside and eat at the I HOP on the corner of Magnolia and Tyler. Better food, friendly staff and all around cleaner restaurant. I usually give great reviews for businesses but after my experience with this franchise yesterday there is no way I could let this go without saying how rotten I was treated by Penelope and the rest of them.

Unlike other IHOPs, this one is not over crowded. It is busy, but you are seated immediately. The service is good and the place is clean. The food is filling and arrives at your table in a reasonable amount of time. On weekends, they tend to have a clown who makes ballon animals for children; for tips of course. The make-up may freak you and your family out but the kids will be happy with their ballon creation. Overall, a good environment and experience for the family to enjoy on any weekend morning.

Service is good, place is clean; but whats the deal with the prices? They used to be an economical place to eat, I been going there for years and I cant believe how expensive their eggs are now, I pay $13.00 dollars for a steak omelette and almost $3.00 dollars for a coffee?? And the meat isnt tender anymore the last 4 times I been there and the coffee pot came from another table almost empty we only had enough for 2 cups.

Food was exactly as I asked for. Eggs (scrambled) were not runny and I asked for toasty hash browns, they were crunchy just like I like them. Bacon was a little too well done, but thats fine. I didnt like the constant Jesus music being played hence the one star. I dont know any of the songs and it probably would have been better if it was mindless inane pop music. The music was too loud for first thing in the morning.

Id say that the food at IHOP was good. The only problem I had with it was that the hash I got was oily. The area around was clean, no scratches on the seat, no insects inside, etc. There wasnt alot of staff when I came in. Only 2 waiters/waitresses. The waitress who served us was talking to some girls like it was girls night out. They were really loud, and she was a little untidy. Thats really all that there is to it.

Their credit card machine down left me sitting then treated me like was my fault instead of just apologising he argued with me I go their at least once a week he called me a liar and said he had never seen me before after I left I called to complain and he hung up. Will never go to another I hop again all he had to do was apologise not his fault modem was down but instead argued i rat him a zero

Much much better! Been to this IHOP many times in the past and have not had a great experience.. They also have gone through a couple management changes and still wasnt good. But now this recent change has got them back on track and the service and food is great again..Good job to the new management for bringing the quality back to this establishment...

took forever to get food and then it was cold had to return it i think the manager does hisis job its his staff its like they have no clue about their job worst place i have ate los angles ihops are better and la ihops are already bad three stars because manager helped me charge my phone i can rate this place

Food came out cold. We sent it back and they only redid half the meal while cooking over easy eggs under a heat lamp. 3 times food went back and they still charge us for sides since we couldnt eat the meal. Manager had horrible customer service

Waited for a table for over 2 hours. Very unsatisfied. I asked the host how long the wait and they said 45 mins and 45 mins passed and still no tables. Then I asked how much more time and then they said they dont know. Worst service ever!!

What is wrong with Corona area restaurants? Majority are dirty, serve average or poor quality food, and staff attitudes are lousy. You can go 15-30 miles to Lake Elsinore I Hop and service is dramatically better and food tastes better.

Food wasnt that good and cost more then other places next door or across the street. seriously $3 for a small drink.its obvious the owners dont care or they would do quality control unless they think that poor excuse for food is ok.
