Went with my boyfriend on a Thursday night, not particularly busy but still had to wait. While we were waiting all the employees were just talking with one another it was insane how many of them were just standing around. Finally get a table and we ordered some cocktails, they were pretty weak drinks for how much youre paying. I just got the fettuccine Alfredo and he got the create your own pasta. Mine tasted like nothing, it also had a gross clumpy texture to the sauce. Boyfriends dish wasnt any better, there were a lot of of dry and cold noodles that didnt get any sauce on it. You can tell all this food is just thrown in a microwave to heat and serve. Also our waitress never came by besides to take our order and to pay us out. Very disappointed with the service and food.

We went in the Tracy restaurant about 230 Sat the 17 for my wifes Birthday.. everything was Great till the Food arrived.. My wife had ordered one of your chicken dishes.. uneditable is best way to describe it.. Chicken was extra dry, and coating was so burnt, you could smell it.. the vegetables were dry and wrinkled, looked like they had sat out on counter for a week.. Myself, I had the Shrimp fettuccine.. never had it so dry, very little sauce and I could put fork in noodles and pick up the whole plate in one piece.. Very disappointed as it had been our first time there and was for my wife.. Will NEVER eat there again..and will NEVER recommend to any friends I want to keep as friends.. on scale of 1-10, would give it a 2, only because waitress was so nice

Ive been mostly happy whenever I come here to eat. A few times the pasta I got was dry because it didnt have enough sauce and had to ask for extra sauce. Other than that I do enjoy the food. My brother recently applied for a job here and was asked to come in for THREE separate interviews. He was told he would be called to come in for ANOTHER interview in a few days but they never did. He called them a few days later to find out what was going on and they ended up telling him that they are not hiring at this time. What the heck Olive Garden???! Our family will probably not be eating here for a good while. That was messed up.

Last Friday me and my family decided to go dinner there because we got off little late, we wait for an hour got our seat, did our order wait for another 30 mins for drinks and bread and they finally serve us, we Oder our food wait for an hour and we wait and wait and our server disappear, and finally show up another 30mins and told us sorry we dont have anymore Alfredos. so we left upset because we waste our time waiting. So no manager present no apology all we get is sorry we run out of food. Bad service bad service,

The only reason I go to any olive garden is because my wife and daughter love this place. Ive been disappointed with the food every time. I dont mean for this to sound harsh Ive just sincerely tried to find something on the menu I would like despite ordering something different every time. On certain occasions I take it for the team and eat here anyway. The staff is always friendly. The wait times tend to take much longer than they tell you it will.

This place is great!!! They do understand the meaning of customer service, and for the businesses that dont get it. Its to have your customers come back again, and again. This place has a great atmosphere, great employees and the food is out of this world. Literally sat there for 10 minutes before deciding to walk out i gave them the benefit of the doubt and they completly saw us and ignored us , i come here ofter since i live in town never had a experience like this here its truly dissapointing . I work at customer service you always agknowledge the customer or say we will be right with you ! Came to chilis way better customer service .

Service has been pretty spotty the few times Ive come here. Last time we were given out soups and salad but no silverware. We waited for our waitress to come back by but after 5 minutes I went and got it from one of the stations. They have the new pay ziosks which is nice now you dont have to wait for the waited to bring you your bill. The food was pretty underwhelming

I have been to many Olive Gardens, but this one was not one of my favorites. There was a lot of things that went on that I wasnt very happy about, but we got compensated buy a really nice man named David. I felt bad about complaining, but I know if you dont then it takes a while before you go back, and they cant fix whatever was wrong if you dont say anything.

As far as Olive Gardens go, the customer service has always been superb at this location specifically. Always served with a smile and unless it is fairly busy, was always asked for a second soup or more breads. Sometimes the waiter drops an extra chocolate or two. Puts a grin on my face.

This is by the best location Ive seen of the chain, food was equally good, and that comes from someone that doesnt like chain restaurants very much. Soup was good, I tried one of the items on their specials, and I was placently surprised at the taste and quality.

Got a gift certificate from work, so I figured wed give it a shot. The dishes were decent and the service was great, but neither was worth the $50 for the two of us (with no drinks). Yikes! That said, Id still order the chicken marsala if I ate here again.

A little crowded but the inside is great and the food was amazing! Try the shrimp fettuccine its amazing. Also the bread sticks and unlimited salad or soup is nice! Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Good luck trying to come here during busy times

Very courteous staff and great food! Servers are very attentive to guests needs and are willing to go out of there way to satisfy! They dont have many gluten free options but what they do have is delicious!

Excellent service. Good food, pasta was a little bland... Didnt taste like the cook put salt in pasta water. Soup, chicken gnocchi delicious. Waiter, Tyler is a SUPERSTAR.
