"PANDAs NEW POLICY" "ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, NO TAKING PICTURES" Im writing this (REVIEW), so none of you (thats right, YOU.....!) will go through the following traumatic experience today! I went to "Panda Express" today to get take out and decided to snap a picture because the dishes/trays looked good. Out of nowhere, this Asian guy (KGB?, Chinese secret police?) comes up to me and tells me I cant take pictures because its "restricted!?" " Whaaa!?" I thought this was a free country or did Panda Express go Rouge without our knowledge! When did their food become a classified topic? Its not like Im taking pictures and trying to sell them on "EBAY..." For sale, picture of a "Kung Pao Chicken!" in mint condition and shows vegetables (blacked out for security reasons) with chicken sauce.... rare find, $4,000.00. Fortune cookie included.... Must pass clearance to claim photo! And the pictures already posted with reviews attached, where did those pictures come from...? The last time I checked, none of them had the FBI, NSA, Top Secret, or Classified seals attached....?" Some even describe what the dish is or is that a "NO, NO", Topic now...? Do I need a security clearance to step through the doors? Last time I checked, I didnt see any TSA personnel asking me to empty out my pockets or take my shoes off! Maybe, I was singled out because I brought in an open container (water bottle) that was over the 3oz limit inside of a Panda Restaurant? Ive never been told I couldnt take a picture of my food, ever! Could it be because Im also Asian....? Hmmmm. Where in the restaurant is it POSTED that customers cant take photos? Maybe, they should post pictures of someone taking a photo of their top secret chow mein with a bold big red line through it with the words: "ABSOLUTELY NO PICTURES ALLOWED IN THIS FACILITY" "VIOLATORS WILL HAVE THEIR ORDERS RESCINDED AND THEY WILL BE FORCIBLY REMOVED FROM THIS PREMISE!" Theyre going to have to show me some type of "POLICY" and it should be "POSTED" in a conspicuous place in the restaurant, so everyone entering with the "EVIL" intentions of photographing the food knows what severe consequence they might be facing! "Ridiculous......, What a crock!" P.S. If your reading this, your have already been given "Top Secret Clearance" to view this review. Extremely stingy portions for 1. But I do love there chow main. I stopped by on my way home and waited in the car while my girlfriend ran in and purchased just a large chow main with my bank card. A large side by itself is 4-5 bucks they charged her 8.95 the price for a meal and she didnt notice. Using my card no surprise there ! Anyway last minute we decided to just eat it there and head over to mall for some shopping. While eating the food 1/2 way threw the meal. I happened to look at the ticket and noticed they charged me for a meal. I know this review is getting long. So basically after bringing this to the managers attention. They told me tuff luck and were giving me nothing, nor more chow main or partly my money back. And made me to feel embarrassed for even asking like I was some kind of scammer. So in conclusion. Avoid this place. Unbelievable treatment. Disgusting business practices and portions are skimpy anyway. Next time ill go to a real Chinese restaurant and help out a small business.

They hardley give you what you pay for Theyre dont care there are really stingy with how much food they give you . Dont waist your time here or if you plann on leaving hungry. There are no good places to eat in tracy take it from some who has lived here for 15 years . No one taks pride in there food in tracy. Might want to go to pleasanton they have alot better service an better food then tracy

Really good place to grab a quick bite to eat while on the run. Also, the management here is really attentive to the customers as well. Rosio I believe is her name made sure everything was good and that we were being taken care of. Love the bowls :-) noodles and orange chicken

My girlfriend and I when over here enjoyed the food then litteraly 20 minutes later,we had to fight over the restroom for 2 hours. Its not to hard to make sure the chicken is well cooked. Not coming back here again cause Ive dealt with solemia poison before from that reason.
