Literally ordered my food, didnt get a receipt by the way, but they forgot a jr bacon cheeseburger from my order, so after getting home and realizing it, I drive back, tell the "guy in charge" that they forgot my cheeseburger, so the guy starts taking the next customer behind me order and then hands me a large drink cup to replace my missing burger. The cheeseburger was for my god child whom I am having stay at my house for a couple of days, I cant feed him a large fountain drink... I love Jack in the Box and tonight literally changed ALL OF THAT!!

Very Rude and Very Disappointing! Staff at the drive through dont know how to adjust the order. Manager was there and didnt do anything and was just looking at her worker who was needing help. Then I had to get out if my car and go inside so I dont have to ruin there speed. The manager said "I cant accept your coupon" just because it wasnt from her store but it was a Jack In The Box Coupon. She had a terrible attitude. They kept my credit card and I had to ask 2 times for them to give it back! I am very disappointed in this place!!!

The guy at the drive thru was the best. Nailed my order and even gave me a few pointers on how to order fast food. It was a nice change to see someone who was happy to have a job and did his job STELLAR. Food is still Jack in the Box but he made it enjoyable to drive thru. Keep it up man.

Yep they got my order wrong. Order the Jumbo Jack with cheese no mayonnaise got it with no cheese and lots of mayonnaise. Ordered two tacos ask for taco sauce got ketchup. Of course by the time I get back to work and noticed its not worth going back and fighting traffic.
