I only eat here when I am really hungry & I have to, but if not I would rather drive to jack in the box in ventura. This place 3/5 times will get something on the order wrong. They always forget to include the dressing on the salads. Either that or they never have salads!! One day I ordered a meal once via drive through & come to find out at my house the food was completely cold. The fries still half frozen. I do not recommend.

Any time after 3 is a horrible time to go. Its usually the high school kids that are working and my order is almost always wrong or the food is cold. There was this one awkward kid who just kept staring at me.

Just stay away! I found a nasty old frie with hair on it in my food. Since then Ive heard some pretty nasty stories about this particular Jack in the box. I would suggest taking your business somewhere else.

the service has always been friendly and accurate on the rare occasion there was a mistake it was made right cheerfully with no hassle. The quality of the food is good and consistent.
