Like all the other reviews, I love love love their pomogranate green tea lemonade. I usually ask them for half suger. I get this all the time! The noise level is perfect for chatting because there is some background music, but quiet enough to get some studying or work done. The wifi is fast here and its consistent, unlike other wifi places Ive been to. The chairs are decent, wish they had cushions, but cant expect it to be like home at a cafe. Parking lot is very small and the front and side have limited time (2 and 1 hour, respectively). I dont like taking the risk and just park in the residential area behind the store. Its not much of a walk, think of it as exercise for the drink. Their sandwiches are also amazing. I recommend the house special on a toasted croissant.

Location is pretty hidden, you gotta keep your eyes peel to find the spot! I noticed the excellent reviews on yelp and thought i must come and check it out. I believe the great reviews comes from students looking for a coffee shop that offers asian flavors and sick of $4 Starbucks! I ordered the veggie burger combo ( paired with any tea of my choosing, from lychee to honey milk tea) all at $5. Not terrible for a cute little meal. I loved that they added pesto which really made essentially a grilled cheese sandwich taste better. Free Wifi!

I am gonna be honest with you and myself. I like places with place to stay cozy and have good wifi. The drinks are alright 4 or 5 bucks. The wifi connection are great! I usally comes here just to download stuff. My house wifi Download speed is about 74 kps. Other places have between 1 or 2 mps if not too many people are using it. This place, it have about 3 mps to 5 mps on the main wifi. In other words there are several wifi you could connect to, depending on your devices. Overall, Fast wifi connection I love.

This is a small location that doesnt really have a lot of crazy decor outside for you to easily spot the eatery. Most people come here to study, which is a perfect place for it because they serve food, snacks and tea drinks so students can stay all day without having to step outside for nutrition! I had their green honey tea modified with 1/2 less sugar and less ice. It came out to be perfect. So I can imagine that the full amount of sugar must be too sweet, FYI.

Drinks are good. Reasonably priced. Food not bad. Free wifi. The girl server there on the Saturday night was nice. The "new guy in the back was in training" and mixed up our food orders (in quote cuz it wasnt verified, but we chose to believe her as she was busy with both the front counter and going working in the kitchen). She was apologetic and comped us a snack and drinks for the wait.

Guy behind the counter was nice enough, but hes the only employee so sandwiches took 30 minutes with no previous customers, cause he had to take in orders instead of making sandwiches. Manager is rarely present to help out; this place is criminally understaffed.

The lattes here are so much better than the chain stores, and some great teas. There is a nice selection of sandwiches as well.
