This looks like a family owned restaurant in Uptown, Whittier. Because its a family-operated restaurant, service tends to be a bit slower. Not place was not that full when I came (around 9:30AM), and it took a long time before someone came over to service me. They had three specials going on when I went. I got the Ham Steak and Eggs with Hash Browns and Toast for $6.99. I also got a coffee for $1.99. Food was cheap, thats for sure. But that comes at a cost of its deliciousness. There was not much taste to the ham. The potatoes they used for the hash browns were fresh, since I can still taste some of it in the middle of the hash brown. The toast was okay. Even though I said white bread, the bread didnt seem like it was completely white. They also have Mexican food here too, which I didnt get a chance to try. I will come back again to try their Mexican food when I get the chance.

The food was good. I had chili relleno omelette with beans and potatoes, flour tortillas. The tortillas were steamed so they looked raw doughy texture. The service wellllll lets just say my server never came back to my table. I had to ask for more coffee from a buss boy. My to go order i had to wait for quite awhile. Not excited to come back.

My family and I come here for breakfast. Today I had the Chile Relleno omelette...omg! I wanted to lick the plate, it was so delicious! The cheese was gooey and the sauce so tasty. Great customer service large portions, and the prices are reasonable.

If youre not in a rush and got sometime on your hands great place for great food. Sundays can be there most busiest during the week it can be very quite. Really enjoy coming here right after church its just next store.

Prices are fair, food is great, service is friendly. I usually order the chili relleno omelet with hash browns and tortilla chips. Never disappointed. But menudoand chorizo are also a favorite.
