This Pizza Hut place has awful Customer Service. First of all when they deliver, there food is always cold. Even there sauces are cold. You have to heat it up. BUT thats not my big issue. The big issue is that this is my second time going to this place for a walk in that i already called and placed my order. It takes them 30 freaking minutes JUST TO ASK ME WHAT I CAME IN FOR! Even though they see me standing there, they act as if im a ghost. I just want to yell at them and tell them hello? You see me here and ignore? I go inside them doors and wait 30 minutes just to be greeted. Then they go like yes your order will be ready soon. And TWO TIMES i just sit and wait for 30-45 MINUTES and then i get tired of waiting and get up to ask them how long is it going to take? Next thing you knowww they take my pizza out of the ready pile that is just sitting there in there little closed zipped thing. Like cmon, im sitting there for 30 minutes when my pizza is ready WHENEVER I WALKED IN THE STORE. Like atleast check the ready pile and tell me cause you know my name and i told you what i wanted. Very awful customer service. HIRE NEW ONES THAT ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK. Next time im going to deliver the food, but forget tips.

Nothing!!! 2weeks ago I placed an order for delivery and it took more than 2 hours to arrive. I had people over so it was kind of embarrassing to keep them waiting for the food!I called the store and the manager on duty said I would get credit for the amount I had paid for my order $36. So last night I placed an order but I went to pick it up and it came out to $22. I was looking over my receipt today and saw I had no credit left,wtf so I called and the manager said I had to use it up all at once so now I have no store credit. Didnt try to help me at all she said there was nothing she can do,bull!!!!

Customer service was ok delivery was good but me and my granddaughter got the cheese bites pizza ....the cheese bites were good but the rest of the pizza was horrid we both hated it and i got sick i cant believe i wasted my money on that ..usually we enjoy pizzahuts pizzas but not this time

Its bait and switch time. I completed their survey from the Hut that I always order from and I received an "ON-LINE COUPON." After wasting about 10 minutes trying to place the order, then replied "this coupon is not valid at this store!!!!!!!!" Im going somewhere else.

Its an awesome place to order from I was so happy with my order and all the extra toppings but that stuff crust is tha bomb..tip yo drivers well they deserve it...
