The Restraunt Manager is rude and unprofessional, yelling and berrating her employees in front of customers as well as staff, even called one of them an idiot. This isnt the first time Ive seen her act like this. Waited 30 minutes for a 20 piece bucket while I watched the manager push it out of the Drive thru. Then when confronted she blamed her employees and told me she was going to write them up and fire them. So I told her I witnessed her put the food out of the window while making me wait. She called me a liar, and started trying to talk down to me. I told her I did not appreciate her complete lack of professionalism with customers or her employees and walked out while she was still blustering at me. Needless to say I wont be back.

I have been coming here for years, always clean, always super friendly, chicken never soggy always good, never a problem.. until the other day. I got a six piece bucket and a large mash potato and gravy. The lid on the gravy was not on well and came off somewhere along the line and it was a mess in my kitchen. I called the manager who was super apologetic and insisted on giving me another meal on the house next time I come in. Wow! I know nobody and nothing is perfect but this KFC is about as close to it as your gonna find. I do have a problem with the coney dogs. On tues their half price and so good a tend to eat to many of them

I ordered a $5 tender meal and i didnt get it and i am missing a soda with it and pop corn chicken with a big box meal with chicken and i did not recieve a receit with my order so now i want my full order

Chicken tenders are horrible, obviously left out for hours. Chalky, chewy disgusting NOT FRESH AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE RECIPIENT or REFUND. THIEVES intentional LAZY BS

I actually gave up on KFC a few years back and my kids really wanted it one night and this is the best KFC that I have had in a very long time. Its worth the drive!
