Yea. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the register. Waited another 15 minutes for a simple $5 fill up. No one was in line ahead of us or behind us. Wait another 5 minutes shouting at the top of my lungs asking for some utensils and some butter and honey that didnt come with the meal. Oh yeah I waited another 5 minutes to get to my drink. Sat and watched it at least another five customers with complaints. The managers seem to be working harder than the employees. An employee looked at me when I was trying to get somebodys attention and then looked away. The floor was slick like butter very dangerous to walk on. I think they need to get new staff there the manager was having to work way too hard. Timers were beeping the whole time we were there. Two guys were there for a couple minutes had a customer complain and then they walked. I think the only reason this place is in business is because KFC food is good. Regardless of that if your customer service sucks then your business is going to fail.

terrible, the store is so dirty didnt even want to touch the doors going in and out. Didnt think much about that, thought maybe they just hadnt gotten around to washing them. Then while waiting to order which was about 5 minutes and that was with no one in front of me I noticed the floors were dirty and the counters also. Ordered my chicken the eight piece only no side and it was $16 bucks OUCH! got a soda and the machine was so dirty it smelled. Never again !!!!!! NO STARS but had to give 1 to be able to post

Tried drive through waited 30-45 minutes. There were 3 people cars in front of me and 4 behind me. It takes 15 minutes per customer to even get their order taken. Called the manager and her excuse was they are doing their best. By the time it was my turn, the food that I want, they dont even have. Worst KFC everrrr, it does not deserve a 1 star. Whoever was the manager tonight, she wants this location to go bankrupt. Worst service. Do not waste your time. Booooo, aweful, awrful. Stay away!

This has to be THE WORST customer service I have EVER encountered. NO BS. They NEVER have what I order. They are always out of stock. And if not, I wait long periods of time before being acknowledged or served on top of it. They truly must require nothing but a pulse to work there. The owners and/ or management must be incapable of training the cranially challenged people who work there. I am not exaggerating. Absolutely ridiculous...

Dont waste your time. They NEVER HAVE ANY CHICKEN. It isnt closing time when this happens either. Have attempted 3 different days/times. Last time they said it would take 45 minutes to get any chicken. This time, waited in a line with only one person ahead. After 25 minutes without any service or even acknowledgement, finally walked out. Seems like theres only one person working in the whole place. Get your sht together KFC!

Had heard about the great changes at Antelope KFC. Hadnt been in years. Portions were smaller. Ordered 2 -- 2 piece meals with white meat only. Cole Slaw has either had the recipe changed or something, use to be my favorite. It isnt now. Biscuit not as big, fluffy or taste. Chicken -- one breast and one wing in both orders. Not a good idea for going back.

Horrible!!! Every time we go here, we hope its going to get better & it just doesnt!!! My husband waited a long time for our order this evening, he was so irritated he left as soon as they handed him the bag. He gets home & they left out a portion of our order! I tried calling & their phone rings busy! Imagine that! Will never go there again!!

Well good news this KFC is now under new management. It is speck and span now. The servers are now fast and efficient. You certainly can tell the new manager has made many changes, you should try this KFC again. I was certainly surprised and happy with the quality of food and the friendly FAST service.
