Just got back from KFC and what an rude encounter. Asked the drive through clerk if they have any promotion on their chicken buckets and she read of the menu $25 for 8 pieces meal. We asked for clarification whether they have any special deals other than what is listed on the order window and she snapped said loundly and rudely that "no deals just what are listed"... We brushed it off as immature attitude of a high school girl having a bad day and excused her for her youth. Proceed to order and asked for a bucket of extra crispy chicken but ended up with original chicken when we opened it at home.

This was the wrong decision to try this KFC. I drove up & entered, to my surprise there was no scent or sight of chicken. I ordered hot wings. Their chicken is kept in a covered metal box. As I walked out, the KFC employee stopped me indicating she shorted my order & corrected her error. Once in the car still no smell of chicken. Once home, I knew why there was no scent of hot wings, THEY WERENT HOT in temperature & not fresh. Heres a tip: Take pride in your job & product. DONT SERVE FOOD UNLESS YOUR MOM WOULD EAT IT. No, I will never go back there.

Ive been in this restaurant twice at 9 oclock at night and nobody has been in line and each time it has been a 10 minute wait before I got service. after waiting 10 minutes in line with nobody in front of me I asked the employees how long would it be for chicken tenders and he said about 10 minutes. My advice for this place get some employees in there to work. These people were handeling the work load of 7 people and there was only 3 of them

Employees do not listen to instructions. When your customer asks for no gravy, and you add gravy, its pretty obvious youre going to get a bad review. Have had missing items from this location in the past. Clearly youre employees arent keeping any customers coming back from seeing all the other bad reviews. Good thing there is much better food and service directly across the street at Popeyes.

Horrible ,Always out of things. Got the 5 dollar fill up. Chicken strips were old and hard, biscuit hard ,barely any gravy for mashed potatoes, forgot to put in the cookie.Couldnt eat had to throw out. Then I called them and of course they didnt answer.

The past two times Ive gone right after work theyre out of chicken. Its before 8pm how does a chicken place run out of the main reason people go there. Too bad they closed the one on 11th street down. That one never had these issues

Today my mom bought hot wings. But the hot wings seems like it was fried more than 3 times. It was dry, dark, and no meat. I dont think I will ever ask my mom to come here and buy chicken.

Best KFC! Why? Good chicken and the best root beer float in the world, A&W root beer float. Nothing beats a good root beer unless you add ice cream to.
