Traditional tasty food and well prepared. The waiter was nice and did not hound me or make me feel rushed. The server was a bit different and very unpersonable, my new word, the guy would not say anything and just dropped the food down on the table, like we were in a down town cafeteria, in the middle of the lunch hour. I tried the traditional Pho, with squid, shrimp, crab(imitation, hmm) very fine clear noodles. I call em "snot noodles" thin, slimy, not easy to eat with chopsticks and slip down your throat like, well, use your imagination. Be that as it may, the food was good and at a nominal price. Egg rolls were awesome. I would recommend this joint to anyone on a budget or not, who wants a good, traditional Vietnamese Pho.

Been going here regularly with my gf almost a year now and its the best Pho around. We go there so much that the employees (whom we have come to love so much) know our order. We never have to look at a menu and our meal is served to us perfect everytime! I highly recommend starting off with a shrimp spring rolls and then an extra large #17 with an extra side of the rare stake ... if you enjoy a little extra meat. Matter a fact now that I am thinking about it. I may just go ahead and go down there today OH AND JUST SOMETHING TO CONSIDER: Ignore "Rach S" review ... this person doesnt know what the hell theyre talking about.

Go here all the time.Its upsetting when u have the flu and ask for egg soup..so no fish or peppers.Your friend go picks up ,how sweet of her and she drops it off and it is seafood soup.Call and tell them,the chef can out and said they didnt have what I ordered but its good.I call to tell them so I can come get 9.25 Tomorrow and will return as Im sick.the last said no you bring back now.click. Lost my business after 18 years of eating here.I guess I will have to find a be place. Its only 9.25. When I spend tons of money a year at there place.

Very good Pho, poor service, good prices... Think of it as the soup Nazi in Seinfeld. The food is really good but just don t take the service or lack there of personally. I recommend a large #15 with extra chili sauce.. super good day or night, rain or shine, and if you go at night you might get some free entertainment with urban survivors all drunk and high out in the parking lot. This place gets packed during peak hours.. for the most part they will come to your table twice. Once to take your order and once to deliver it.

Horrible service. We werent greeted when we walked in, the hostess had no idea what she was doing. We waited a while for someone to acknowledge us once we were ready to order. Employees were laughing and carrying on in conversation, seated with their backs to customers and playing on their cell phones. I was also interrupted rudely TWICE while attempting to give my order, and the iced tea I ordered tasted off. My husband and I immediately asked for boxes and finished at home. Food is okay. Not good enough to warrant returning.

I am regular and my review might be spoiled but great food, most of the time very fast service, they just need to improve their customer service. For example they seat you, you order, they bring the bill to you but never have I heard them say to customers you need to pay at their register station. Ive seen some people bamboozled waiting for them to come pick up the payment. They wont refill your water, and often they forget to if you ask. But I am giving them 5 stars, good food. Never had an issue. 10 years visiting.

The food here is some of the best Asian food in Santa Rosa, especially the pho. The reason for the three stars is because of the poor service. Ive been here when they were busy and not. You will only get one cup of water so drink sparingly. the waitresses will stand behind the counter and look at their phones or converse among themselves.... Even when they see that your cup of water has been empty for 20 minutes. If their food was not good, I would never return.

Worst service. Today was last straw, came in, sat down, no one brought water or came to table in over 10 minutes, and place was not busy. In past, service was very lacking; come in and waved to come over and and pointed to table, menus just dropped off, then order taken, food delivered with no follow up to see how things are, drinks left empty.

Excellent Pho! Not watered down, plenty of meat and lots of noodles for the best price anywhere around. I moved from the peninsula recently and have been shocked by high prices up here and the higher prices are NOT reflected in the food quality! These guys even blow the Vietnamese food on the peninsula away and still beat them on price!

Number 8 Beef Soup is excellent; flavorful broth and plenty of tender beef. Has steak, brisket, flank, tendon tripe and meat balls which look like pieces of sausage. Ask for some fresh ground red chili to add to it if you want it spicy. Had other dishes as well. The bbq pork over vermicelli is OK, but the beef soup is much better.

Not only dose this place have delicous food the prices are cheap and your mouth litterally waters at the smell of it. The decor is beautiful with all of its art works too. Sometimes there can be a language barrier but thier patient with you and try thier hardest. Im never disappointed when i go here i love thier soups.

I love their spicy noodles and their pho. They have the best soup in town, tried all the other places in Santa Rosa and always ended up back to Pho Vietnam. Wish they have more variety or perhap weekly specials such as the wonderful vietnamese crepes.

They have great delicious food here for cheap price. I recommend getting the Pho soup or chicken chow mein. I dont recommend getting alcoholic beverages from here though, theyre $5.00! Thats a little much for me at least. Anyways, its wonderful

They called me four times to double check my order and it still came out wrong and I did not get what I ordered. I will never come here again and do not recomend it to anyone. The food lacked flavor and there service was dry not welcoming.

WATCH OUT THIS PLACE USES MSG! the taste of their food is good, but i kept getting headaches after everytime i ate there. so, i asked about MSG and the waiter said that they use MSG in all their soups! who uses MSG any more?!

Tasty and affordable,spacious dinning area and speedy service. Not the best spring rolls and I wouldnt touch "The little wormies" drink with a ten foot pole,but a worthy stop non the less.

When its raining or cold, my work friends and I get giant bowls of Pho and spring rolls to warm up. Even for so much food its never more than $20ea with drinks.
