Ordered with the app @ 8:42. Printed receipt said 8:45. Pick up time 8:55. Arrived @ 9:00. Asked if I minded waiting 5 minutes for chicken to cook. (No...its what we ordered). Sat at table to wait...and wait...and wait while the people that were there got their food and left...and others came in, got theirs and left. Still waiting. Was finally asked if they gave me my online order. (Would I still be sitting there if they had?) I said no and they went to see where it was. Im thinking it was given to someone else...after the chicken was done, by mistake. They finally got it together and I got our order! Most of it anyway...was just missing a couple sauces, oh well. It only took them 45 minutes! No sorry. No offer of a small drink or something while I wait forever. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Another time this happened wasnt even as bad, and the girl at the register apologized and threw in a couple spring rolls for the inconvenience. Where was she tonight? The employees were nice, but I think a little embarrassed at the mishap. Maybe a manager or supervisor should keep a closer eye on how things are going so things like this dont happen in the future. I wont be returning to this location. Maybe the company should do away with the app. Its faster to just walk in and order on the spot.

Literally the absolute worst Panda Express I have ever been to. The drive through wait time is around 45min to eternity no matter what time of day you go and as far as the so called "customer service" well its pretty much non existing. Most of their employees prefer to either scroll on Facebook or gossip in spanish amongst themselves rather than try and help customers. To make matters worse, you have roughly a 92% chance of going home and finding out that they mixed up your order seeing as the employees are so incredibly idiotic and useless. If you can avoid coming here than please save yourself the headache and do so.

Service is horrible. They have 3 employees running around getting orders for the drive through while one person does in house orders. This results in a very slow service. On my last visit a employee of theirs Kim threw a sauce pan after getting in an argument with another employee. I had to ask for their manager since I was so shocked by that behavior. The manager Dale did nothing during or after to calm the situation. I know we all love panda express, but please stay away from this one!!! Not worth it!!

They forgot my husbands meal, were out of teriyaki sauce and chicken!!! When I called to see if I could come back for my missing order and refund as I would have to drive 15 minutes I figured thats appropriate, a rude staff member male "alexis" said he couldnt help me I could either come get my food or do a refund not both, very rude poor service and hair in my food. Never again!!!!! Sure its fast food but hire better staff.

Good food, we go there all the time. But the reason for this review is we went at 10:00pm when they were closing and instead of bring rushed or treated poorly, there were absolutely wonderful, friendly and accomodating. Claudia the lady who helped us had excellent customer service skills and should get a raise! Thanks again!

Lunch time and my food tastes like yesterdays. Pot stickers were completely overcooked and this place only opened two hours ago and there is NO ONE in the dining room. No efficiency. Portions were semi decent. But most was overcooked, and way overpriced. Wont be back. Not a satisfactory experience.

Worst panda express ever. I am allergic to peppers, every other panda express will make me a special order plate. This panda express told me they would not serve me as the "the chef can not make a huge bowl of food just for one customer"... Wow. Never had an issue getting a plate of food before.

Asked for 1/2 orange chicken, 1/4 veggies, 1/4 noodles. The last gave me half noodles instead. Ive been here a few times, and I always ask for the same thing, and they always switch my orange chicken and noodles. Just give me what I ask for.

Had the worst panda express lastnight. In the morning I tried to talk to a manager and explain that my potstickers were hard and that the honey walnut shrimp was starchy but she refused to listen saying I should have called lastnight.

I love Panda, but this locations food is adequate or less most of the time which also leads to wait times in drive-thru for over 40 minutes.

Food quality is pretty consistent with the chains standards. The restaurant is clean and you regularly see people cleaning.
