Yelp has hidden this review. I would recommend that you check the not recommended reviews on yelp as well. I have been to this restaurant twice. First time was a Monday around lunch time months ago. I ordered a drink and sat alone since the bartender had disappeared. The drink was extremely stiff. After 10 minutes of waiting for the bartender to return after I had finished my drink, I looked around the corner at the poker machines and the bartender, a mid 50s woman that dressed in clothes not fit for a prostitute, was playing video poker. During my wait I watched a few people come and go without ever ordering anything since she was off gambling. The next time I came in was a Tuesday for happy hour. It was the same haggard bartender and this time she had attitude. She was swearing left and right and seemed to have a good rapport with those at the bar but as a new patron I was beyond offended by so much she had to say. She didnt seem to care about anyone that wasnt her friend. Once her shift was over she sat down at the bar and started making out with someone that I hope but wouldnt be surprised if it wasnt her boyfriend. Point is the food is good and its a good value but I cant believe the owner and bar manager lets this completely inexcusable behavior take place in their bar. I will not be back for fear I have see her again.

I recently was in the lounge and the older bartender with the glasses and dark hair was extremely rude. I suspect she was drunk and I also saw her pop what looked like vicodin. I saw her act like this to other people as well. I asked the front desk who she was and was informed that she was the bar manager. I talked with other patrons and they said that they either got the same service or have seen her nasty attitude towards others. I dont normally comment on places but I have never been treated so horribly, let alone for no reason. The other bartenders are great and the food is good too. I would recommend going there only when she is not working.

Ya know, it wouldnt be fair to rate a place until you have been there more than once. We are all human and deserve a fair chance. Everyone could have an off night. Unfortunately, I have had two very poor experiences. The first time; under cooked food and the second under cooked chicken. You go out to eat and must trust that they cook to proper temps. I bit into the chicken and it was half cooked. I checked the rest of my plate and the same. The rice I had was good, but preparation is just as important to know that you wont get ill from the food. I wont be returning.

This restaurant is pretty close to our house, so on lazy days we eat here sometimes. The service is really poor by American standards, but this is a cultural difference as the servers are actually Chinese. The place itself is pretty run down, but if all you want is to not cook, their food CAN BE pretty good. The dishes are really hit and miss. If you want to impress your date, dont take them here. If youre lazy and want some pretty fast Chinese take out, try this place. Pros: Turn out the food quickly, reasonable prices Cons: Inconsistent quality among dishes, bad service

Just average old school Chinese. Okay spring rolls. Okay bbq pork. Actually pretty good hot and sour soup, but that was the high point. Sweet and sour shrimp and pork fried rice were just meeh. Mongolian beef was more like beef with mixed vegetables. Food comes out very fast. Too fast. We had not finished our soup and our appetizers AND entrees were already on the table. Hard to see how it could be made to order coming out that fast. Place was quite busy, so what do I know. Just surprising when there are much better (IMO) Chinese places close by.

This restaurant/lounge has been a staple in my home for several years now (partly due to how close it is, but definitely worth a return trip). Very friendly folks, normal/good "Chinese Food" cuisine (not as Americanized and sugar-coated as a lot of places, but I bet they sell a ton of orange chicken & general tso still), and has a fun little divey bar w/ karaoke. If you purchase a large order, they typically throw in something extra (which is definitely always appreciated). Good for a family, group of friends in the bar, solo lunch, etc.

I had the sesame chicken. The chicken was dry and stringy (could not be cut with a fork and butter knife) but the sauce was good. The egg roll was deep fried with a THICK batter, like youd find at a fair. I didnt touch it. Fried wontons are just wonton wrappers with no filling (most other restaurants have meat inside). Fried rice was more like white rice with a few veggies, so its not worth paying extra. Lastly, the lady on the phone said it would take ten minutes. I got there ten minutes later and waited another 40 for my meal.

Our go to Chinese food. Just like you used to find before all these chains started popping up. Good food, chow mein, lo-mein, sweet & sour chicken, egg foo young, sezhuan beef (we order not spicy, no bell pepper to accommodate the kids and food allergy, but I bet its good standard too), fried rice. All the yummy goodness that I expect out of going out for "Chinese food". This style is getting harder and harder to find as foodies demand more sophisticated dishes. I hope they remain delicious and never leaves.

Ive been to this place a couple of times and the service was good, BUT it was a big let down when we come in and we are so rudely tolled to sit anywhere...the host was clearly not in the mood to do her job. Very very rude and could not understand her English very much but tried it seemed as she did not want us to eat there. I am very disappointed by the rude service and dont plan to pay to be treated that way. If you eat there just hope that they are in the mood to serve you and treat you as a customer.

Chinese food as youd expect it. Even though Im rarely blown away by the food here, I keep going back because its consistently good, fast, and generally large portions. Once you visit often enough and during off peak hours, the staff does learn your name and preferences. On my last visit my girlfriend was not only complimented, but also given a paper rose because they know me as being a very nice guy. The little extras and the consistency of their food earn them 5 stars from me. Keep it up!

We had three dishes. First the Singapore noodles. Huge and well cooked, overall not bad. We had two chicken dishes (Broccoli Chicken and Pineapple Chicken)both with undercooked chicken. Rubbery and shades of pink. Never would in my life consider eating there again. Likely the worst Chinese food I have ever tried. Did I forget to mention the waitress forgot our soup. I guess we were spared. For our trouble the manager took 4 dollars off the bill .

For starters the place was not that inviting on the way in, the best thing there was the waitress that was very nice but very sufficating i couldnt take more than a few bites without her standing there in the corner watching us, the food was a little on the higher priced side and very bland, and it felt like we were being rushed, all in all i would look else where if you were looking for good chinese food.
