In the evenings on my way home from work Ill stop around 9 - 9:30 to pick up a snack. Most times they are out of a lot of items. Or things like "Hot Wings", a favorite, Ill buy, are dried out and chewy obviously from being in the warmer to long. Last nite I stopped at 9:23 (they close at 10) and was told they were out of most items because they were getting ready to close and if I really wanted something I could wait while they cook it. This was told to me after I sat for about 5 mins. waiting to order. I left. This is another thing in the evenings...waiting to order for 3-5 mins. The very polite young man with tied up brades will take an order at the drive-up, next car pulls up and he politely says itll be a few mins. as he fill the order he just took before he takes the next one. I wonder if the manager/owner knows this is how they conduct business in the evenings.

This is my guilty pleasure! I love the 20 piece hot wings. I call ahead and have them get it started while I drive over and then its hot and fresh when I get there. I like this kfc better than the one on Cleveland Ave. This one the staff is more professional and take orders over the phone. I was on hold with the Cleveland location for 10 minutes after the lady said she would check to see if they even do phone orders.
