I love Wingstop with a fiery passion and I come in at least once a week. However the employees are less than friendly or professional. Half the time they are outside smoking or talking on the phone in their car, so when you walk in, no one is there. Today I arrived at 11:30 and the doors were locked and there was no one here. Several hours later I returned and saw a woman who was there to inspect the place, and she was livid that they were not open on time and kept her waiting so long, and that when she returned for the second time she called out if anyone was there and it took 5 minutes for the employee to run in from the parking lot. He wanted to argue about the performance. As I said before, I come in at least once a week and am greeted by the same unfriendly employee who wants nothing to do with me, cant understand my order, and seems to always be upset that I wont tip for that kind of service. He even asked me today what day it was and I thought he was joking, because he wasnt sure if it would qualify as a special or not. I mean, there are two employees I really enjoy and I love to see, give large tips and its a really friendly environment, however, they dont seem to be there often. While I love the food, it is a bit inconsistent. Far too many times there is either barely any sauce, or it is soaked in sauce. Rarely is there an in between. Do not get me wrong, I love Wingstop and the food, but this service is beyond poor. Lots of ways it could be improved.

Horrible costumer service, specially on the weekends.I usually order for take out and they always mess my order up. The paper bag that they place my order in is usually soaking in grease/cooking oil. This has happened several times and its always the same employees. Ive been there on weekdays and they are different employees which actually do a really nice job and get your order right.

This place is the worst in town service sucks the employees are always outside smoking take for ever to take a order and specialy to drop the chiken in service is just bad people look like if they are lost or high most of the time people make this place like how it was when it was bearly open in this town might b the last time i come in this place

By far the dumbest people in the world work at this place. Its absolutely mind-blowing how many orders you can put in and they will mess up. I can guarantee two things you will get wings but they wont be what you ordered. Theyre the only wing place that will run out of wings. How do you run out of wings and that is what your place is known for.

The reviews about this place are true! The customer service is ridiculous. I told my husband based on the reviews to make sure to check the order before he left. Im glad I did because obviously they got the order wrong.... This extended the wait for a hour just for some wings.

By far the best tasting wings in Petaluma, unfortunately they are very inconsistent and lack the customer service to remedy such situations. Order was wrong 8/10 times ive gone. Very Disappointing.
