Worst experience ever. They messed up order and after they said they would replace the order the next time we came in, they said what did we mess up when we came in a week later. After telling them, they said they would give me two pieces of chicken and one side. What a joke. We ordered two family meals and they seem to mess up both meals. I should have just got a refund that day. If I can give them no stars I would. Dont ever go here. Your better off throwing your money out your window.

Horrible experience. My husband eats at this restaurant weekly and we have never been so disappointed!!!!! The pieces of chicken were so small.....have never seen duch small chicken. We trued to call the restaurant for over an hour and the number was constantly busy. Cant even call and complain. Will never go there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BOTHER COMING HERE ESPECIALLY AFTER 6PM. They never get your order right. They never have things prepared. They dont cook their biscuits all the way through. The dining room is always messy. Very poor service. Ive come here 5 different times. Wont again unless under new management and new staffing.

the drive through menu was lacking in comprehension and since i hadnt been there a lot, i didnt know how to order. the voice in the box was very patient and helpful. maybe its because we were there at 8pm, but they were out of items. staff was good, but the corporate efficiency was lacking.

The past 3 times I have been here they were out of extra crispy chicken. Its been a month and a half so i figure i would give them another chance.....guess what they are out of....yes, extra crispy chicken. Im done with KFC.....Hello POPEYES....they have whats on their menu ....

The place was dirty, behind the counter was a blizzard on the floor the staff just kept walking around with no effort to clean... my fries where warm and everything on my sandwich was on one side... at least the drink was good...

The chicken thighs are smaller than the drum sticks and they frequently short is chicken we paid for in an order- the staff can be rude when you go back to have the order fixed- they NEVER answer the phone if there is an issue

They always forget SOMETHING in our order, but they have also always corrected it and apologetically. I took a star for the hassle. The tables and the bathrooms are clean.
