As far as late night places open in Santa Cruz, this one has the best times: Open 24/7. The employees are in no rush, but seem to always put out the food fairly quickly. The price is like other comparable fast food places, and have yet to have a bad experience with them. Unless you dont like a regular french fry in your curly fries every once in a while, I got nothing to complain from the drive through. However, inside can be fairly messy sometimes, and at some hours, it seems like its best to go through the drive through to avoid the crowd and mess of eating in. Hence the fourstars. Beware of the bathroom!

I order food not even 20 second they were rushing me to order without given me moment to look at the menu . I was really unhappy the way they was rode and unprofessional her name mercedla and anothe mixican Indian looking guy . This is my last time getting food in jack box and I will tell all my friends. They food its very herbal and discestied . Manger call me only wht its say sorry never offer me money back or even professional way to deal with issue . I really feel sorry about jack in box how it become in chose its worker and manger to repsnent the company. Very sad

Managment was incredibly rude and made me as a paying customer feel I was some sickly street vagarent , wino, hobo or something. After I was asked if I was buying anything I was told to "order first" which when there are 4 people in line ahead of me didnt really agree with my kidneys or my medications which bring on a sense of urgency and loss of control. I asked him again he yelled "You Wait". . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPECT OR APPRECIATION. They can take their food. Their manager and their restroom and stick em you know where.

First time to a Hack in the Box. Employees were polite and friendly (the best aspect of the restaurant.) Food was non-discernable from other chains. Strawberry shake was hardly reminiscent of Strawberry. The bathrooms were locked and could only be accessed through asking an employee, which meant waiting in line again. What should have been a 10 minute visit was more like 25. There was urine all over the toilet seat in the mens room, and the ladys room was fairly messy. Definitely not being checked "once an hour."

The employees make me laugh. The food is cooked to order and the shakes are THE BEST. The customers however are a sight to behold. Lots of odd things going on and more than one person talking to themselves and carrying three backpacks each or pushing carts full of god knows what. But I wouldnt change it for the world. Its the best free entertainment ever.

Went here to save money. Ended up spending $7 to leave hungry and get stomach pains shortly after. This place is crap and does notbhold up to the other Jack in the Box restaurants im used to and love. Go spend 4 more bucks downtown and actually enjoy your food!

On my way back to the hotel from a concert at 12 oclock at night this was the best restaurant in the world! Of course the only other choice was taco hell ... but seriously the people were extremely friendly the food was top-quality Jack in the Box food.

Need something to bite on at 3AM? Youve come to the right place. Thats about it; emphasis on something. Dont expect your order to be correct or of quality. My Dr Pepper became diet, and there was a hair in my chicken strips. Tasty.
