Its never really busy when I go here, but they act like any other Jack in the Box. The food is average. The service is average. Its all average. I just like it a little more because its empty. I will also add I always go late at night, not sure about midday visits.

So disgusting! I walked in and decided to wash my hands before ordering, Im really glad I did because the bathroom told me everything I needed to know about how this place was run. Avoid this place, there are better food options nearby

Food quality is great. But their customer service is terrible. The guy at the drive thru only gave us half our order and then didnt say for us to pull around and wait. Lucky I looked especially we dont live close by this location.

Bad late night custo service!!! Left several items out of my bag with FULL CONFIDENCE & made.me come back at 4:30 am. My wife & I didnt even feel like eating after waiting for the system to work to get a refund!

If I can give 0 stars I would. I used to work here a year ago & seen food being dropped then cooked GROSS & today I went to get a chicken sandwich & it was as hard as a rock.

Its a Jack-in-the-box. But it was very clean, nice decor and the food was cooked well and very tastie. The staff was just so nice that you forget its fast food. Thanks Lisa

I love the southwest scrambler plate combo, its very worth the price of $7.22 it fills me up and the taste balance is good. I recommend it highly
