Way too much hype for nothing special, right now there is construction going on and the business is operative the problem is construction is right on your face and practically there is lot of safety issue getting in and out though not the responsibility of the business but just a general information.Anyway this doesnt affect any star in the Rating. The restaurant in itself is aesthetically designed with a welcome counter and then seating area, place looked clean and there is lot of waiters to help out with customers. It was a Friday afternoon and we braved the crazy traffic to savor some kuchipudi food. The menu was very well designed with enough information about origins and food pictures for easy identification. Since it was lunch time we settled for the best Thali they offer the $19.99 one. It comes with so many different things and poori is unlimited. Most of the curries in the thali was not having any taste other than extreme spice (I am well adept in handling hot n spicy food). Daal and other curry items seemed watered down. The presentation was great but then there was something amiss in everything we ate except that the poories were hot and good. Guess for the price definitely the quality can be improved, instead of focussing on providing 10 different things better to provide 5 or 6 but with proper taste. After lunch the stomach was full but the tongue was not satisfied. Will definitely give one more try with ala carte before settling on a final rating.

Highly disappointed!! The restuarant in Hyderabad offers great food. I visited the restuarant in Bay Area expecting the same great taste, totally disappointed! We ordered kodi chips, they tasted little okay, compared with other dishes, we also ordered bheemi aram kodi vepudu which was a blunder, it is so bland no spices, no salt and what we see is curry leaves and pepper on it! And we told the waiter that the dish has no salt, the thing she did is gave us salt and we called another waiter and told her this doesnt taste good, she brought the same one by telling that they made it again specially for us. We also ordered biryani dishes and they are not good especially adaantha kodi pulav tasted very brand and it does not have salt in it, and natural kodi biryani tasted somewhat better for kids we ordered butter paneer and they brought it so spicy, pergunnam doesnt tasted like pergunnam.Ambience is not good, food tasted very bad. I give 3/10 rating

Worst restaurant visited in my life. We were 7 adults and 4 kids, went for dinner. we waited for more than an hour to get the food we ordered and the food was served very cold. They didnt even bother to put the biryanis in the micro wave before serving us. I dont understand, why we had to wait for more than an hour if were to be served food (biryanis) which was cold and was cooked hours ago. We ordered 6 different types of biryanis veg, chicken and mutton. The rice in all the biryanis was the same including the masala part in them except for the gravy and the chicken/mutton/veggies put on top of the biryani rice. So all the biryanis were very spicy too. Our kids couldnt handle more than a bite. After wasting lot of time waiting in this restaurant when we left all the Indian restaurants were closed. Our kids wanted nothing else and they slept hungry... Pathetic service and never recommend this to anyone

Yesterday we had a catering from this restaurant We had a bitter experience 1. Raju gari mamsam kura. Its just any other goat curry with a deep oil layer is not at all a special curry as the name says 2. Guthivankaya kura. No chef will cook like this . chef simply cooked VANKAYA PULUSU with lot of tamarind . disastrous dish. 3. Mamsam vepudu : prepared with lot of pepper spice and really good as starter 4. Payasam: semiya payasam with lot of lumps Overall it looks like either a different chef has cooked or something went wrong We strongly request the management to please focus on chef and see that dishes are properly made with some difference as their name says Many of my friends have recommended this restaurant for catering but unfortunately we had bad experience.

Very nice place. Professionally run. All the staff is in some type of uniform which is very different from moSt Indian restaurants. They had a welcome drink and a sweet dish (balushahi) which was a nice touch. Again very Un Indian restaurant style. The food was very good and the variety great. A little spicy but amazing taste. We had the two different non veg thalis and two kid thalis. The number of dishes in the thalis was amazing. Mine had chicken, mutton fish and prawns in addition to 4 -5 veggies and dals. The other thali had two choices of non veg. We chose chicken and fish. The mutton and fish were out of this world. The service was very prompt and professional. All in all a great experience.

I have seen this place few days back when i had been to PIZZA HUT. The sign board is small. Today for Team Lunch we had gone to this place. I must say that it is one of the best food in Santa Clara area. I must say that the thali has so many of the typical andhra foods that you may not get even in bangalore....:) Their taste is awesome. I am sure it is prepared by someone very very experienced. As you enter this restaurant, you are greeted with a smile. They got the food really quick and ensured that we got any item again and again. Overall I would say this will be my first place to go for Andhra food.... :) I am sure it is going to be a hit in the coming days. All the best! Murali

This is one of the best South Indian restaurants in the area. The Vegetarian Thali (An assortment of entrees with sides and unlimited white rice) is my favorite here. They also serve a complementary cup of juice and a sweet, which is a welcome addition to the meal. Ive also tried their Vegie Biryanis (they have a couple of options) which are hot and fresh! The ambience of this place is decent. Quite spacious and well ventilated. Their service is usually good, but with the huge crowd during lunch hours, it slips a bit. But nothing to complain as such. Overall a very good experience.

Food is very expensive (compare to other restaurants who offer similar type of food or service). I tried lunch and there are limited choices in the menu. Too bad that there is no chapathi/naan in any bhojanam option and you get one small poori for lunch with plenty of white rice :). Towards the end, we asked if they do refill of any item, and they say yes. There is no sign/written of this information, or anyone asking you if you need anything else while you are eating. I should say not a pleasant experience.

We are a family of vegetarians and nonvegetarians. I wasnt a fan of the veg meals but my husband and son could not stop talking of their non veg food was. Our 7 year old wanted biryani which nobody wanted to share. While we were ordering they told us it is too much for him and got him a plate of biryani just for Jim and for free!!! Have never been to a restaurant which tells us we are ordering too much food. Mighty impressed.
