Before, we had good experiences in Dublin Panera Bread, and we also have ok experience in San Ramon Crow Canyon Panera Bread. But today in Panera Bread we had very bad experience: 1st. We wait more then 25 minutes and see other tables ( at least two tables) came late then us and got food served before us.) 2nd, finally the food is coming, but the lettuce in the sandwich is totally rottenest! We have to take it out! And the turkey taste like just taken out of refrigerator,( also taste like store in refrigerator for a very long time, not fresh.) 3rd. We told the person who made the sandwich about the lettuce and showed her the lettuce, she had a look and said:"Sorry about that." And then kept on what she is doing, doesnt care at all. Based on this time experience, I will never step in San Ramon Crow Canyon Panera Bread again. Dont they think the keep food fresh is the 1st thing they should done? Do they will expect themself to eat $10 Sandwich just have rotten lettuce and frozen turkey? I paid $20.5 for this meal include tips, if I know will be treat like this will not pay tips when I ordered it. Dont they think they should do First come in First served? So disappointed with this store!( Maybe because they dont have manager for now,) but at least they should have commom sense.

Panera Bread is one of my favorite places to eat, especially for a quick lunch. I usually get the grilled cheese, but their menu has plenty of variety. The dessert for $0.99 when you get a meal is also very nice, and their smoothies are fantastic. Theres rarely a line. But why is it always so crazy cold inside?! It makes it absolutely awful to sit there. I get goosebumps by the time Im done eating. Sometimes the temperature makes you regret eating there in the first place.

Generally not a fan of sandwiches...but this is an exception! They have 200 sandwiches and I got the Ménage a Trois and it was amazing. They have an in-house sauce they put on all their breads, the dirty sauce, and its delicious. I love their huckleberry soda! Highly recommend this place! I recommend eating it by the Dolores Park with an incredible view. The staff was friendly too.

Healthy food, I like the best the menu with the ability to have what they call "you pic" (ex. Half a sandwich and a salad) or combination of a soup with a salad or sandwich. The quality of the food is also very good.

Standard Panera Bread restaurant. They are fairly good and maintain good standard across their stores. The price is a bit high when compare to Mom&Pop. However, good Mom&Pop can be hard to find.
