Place looks nice, shouldnt take this long to make a sandwich. Menu is a little confusing, uses lingo that isnt very well explained. Bread is delicious. It was by far the best part of my sandwich... Which doesnt say much for the sandwich. Dont waste your time here, go to a real Sandwich Shop. Two of the four tomatoes on my sandwich had the core in them still rendering them inedible and the amount of roast beef that they put on my Italian meat sando was seriously laughable. They may have well just left it off. Girlfriend got a blueberry muffin and some tomato soup, both which she sad were not worth coming back for. Thanks for over charging me for one of the worst sandwich shop experiences Ive had in a while. Next time I think Ill hit a Subway, and I cant stand Subway...

They get my wifes order wrong EVERY time. EVERY f#%*℅ing time! I order from the menu every time, and it is never a problem. But my wife always wants to make a sandwich not on the menu. It never has more then three ingredients, and no sauce. Nothing fancy. The always friendly person working the register seems to understand and repeats the order back to me so I know its correct. Then they go over to the people making the sandwiches and explain the order face to face. Whoever is making the sandwiches nods and says "OK" and then makes the sandwich wrong. EVERY TIME! It is always different people involved in this process. I have eaten here about 10 times each time thinking it will get better... It never does. It is astounding and I am done eating there.

I like Paneras food and have never had a problem with my order taking too long or being wrong. I do believe it is very overpriced for the portion sizes. That said, I continue going back. I have noticed that Panera is like Starbucks for grown-ups. If you go to Starbucks on a weekend you will find it full of college students overpaying for coffee and pastries in exchange for free wifi and a place to go hide and do homework. If you go to Panera on a weekend or during a weekday you will find it full of grownups overpaying for real food and pastries in exchange for free wifi and a place to go hide and "work from home." So I figure its worth it. And I LOVE their French Onion Soup!

A great place, when the equipment isnt malfuctioning. Sometimes, the wifi is down, other times, food is slightly undercooked, making me think I shouldnt go there anymore. However, I always go back, because the staff is friendly, the drinks have free refills, and the food is pretty good. Meals can be over priced, but youre really paying for the enviornment. I would recomand this plave for lounging around, for anything from study sessions, to DnD games, to small meeting, but not for getting a meal and leaving straight away.

Go-to place for fresh, healthy food at a semi-affordable price. The portions could be a bit larger but thats why I quote it as my "diet" go-to place:) My favorites are the tomato soup, thai salad, paninis---oh, pretty much all of it. I see some reviews about how long the food takes to be made but I dont think its too bad--they usually serve you your food (even to go) but the buzzer system is also good. Parking can be a problem but thats just b/c of location

Its something between a coffee shop/bakery and a restaurant, in terms of price and atmosphere. The coffee is good, the food is very good, and the staff is friendly. They have Pepsi, which is disgusting, but the other beverage options (coffee, iced tea, smoothies) are enough for me. Panera gift cards go over very well.

Good place for sandwiches soups in baked goods like pastries and bread. Seating is comfortable inside and there is free Wi-Fi. Seating area is clean so they do maintain and wipe it down once in awhile. Overall a good place to enjoy some light food and or pastries while working or if you need a bite to eat.

Ive been going to this Panera for years now. I went to SJSU so it was on my way to school. Good coffee and amazing pastries and bagels. Also, has lots of space to sit and do homework or work. They do limit wifi at peak hours (noon to 2pm or so) but staff is always friendly and welcoming.

The prices are expensive for the portion size. The prices are more comparable to a sit down restaurant than fast casual. You still have to pick up your food and bus your own table. The food is mediocre. The Sweet Tomatoes next door is cheaper with a coupon, and you get more food.

The staff here is really friendly and my food has been consistent with just a few min delivery time. My favorite food here definitely has to the Frontega chicken Panini and the Sierra turkey sandwich. I always add avocado to make any normal sandwich taste yummy!

Food is ok, but why is it so difficult to fry an egg for a bagel sandwich? Its like McDonalds...get there one minute after 11am and no more breakfast menu?? I hate restaurants like that...not going the extra mile to make a customer happy by not frying an egg.

My son would give this place 5 stars solely on the mac and cheese. Im partial to the 880 calorie broccoli cheddar bowl. Kid-friendly, free wi-fi, staff are nice, food comes quickly, and if theres a mistake with your order, free baked good!

Good hot food. Great healty variety. Served hot and with a smile. Really liked the fact that they had electrical plugs to charge you phone while eating. Great place to eat and relax for a minute.

This is a bad place for an overweight person. It will be very hard to leave without trashing your diet. Clean and tidy restrooms, but only open till 9 pm.
