Most people dont know that Panera Bread is just a Bakery cafe. Just like any other fast food restaurant we bus our own tables and normally dont leave a tip. (except the food is made more fresh, with little to no preservatives) This 6 month old bakery cafe seems to have weeded out all the bad workers, and has kept the friendly staff. Mistakes do happen in the food industry, but Panera staff is fully ready to take care of any problem that does occur. Even remake orders when needed. Panera Bread has been around for a quite sometime. People that know bread know that this is a great place. All associates are educated on the different types of breads that they make. If your looking for a soft bread, crunchy, cheesy bread or whatever you want. They are educated to help you. You need anything, have any questions. They are ready to answer questions or even give you a brief history of the company. Yes this place maybe a corporation, but they give back to the community in 2 different ways: 1. Money jars in the front by the cash registers are matched penny for penny from the corporation and given to The Oakland childrens hospital. This means the 1.00$ you put in becomes 2.00 2. The left over bread, pastries and goods are donated to a non profit organizaion at the end of the night. In order to be able to receive these donations, you deal with the corporate office. You must have a non-profit “TIN” (Tax Identification Number) and you will be scheduled for the pick up around closing time. This means, not only your food is freshly made every day, its always going to be less than 24 hours old. Bakers work from aout 10pm to 6am making your food associates come in about 5 am to set up all the pastries and the rest of the cafe. The Bakery cafe opens 6am Monday through Friday 7am Saturday and Sunday Closes at 9pm Monday through Saturday 8pm Sunday Just like a beating heart, there is someone working in this Bakery Café 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This place is gets a solid meh from me. The people behind the counter are either helpful or surly. The food is either well put together or a mess. Some things, like the baguette side, are unreliable in portion size. Ive had a huge chunk or a tiny chunk ripped apart by hand, or small or medium pieces cut with a knife. Ive also had to-go orders messed up. Missing baguettes or chips, wrong entree, that kind of thing. Its made me one of those people who gets the bag, and then has to rummage through it to make sure Ive gotten what I ordered. Anyone who has or had a moody teen knows that if you open the bag at home and its not what they asked for sets the tone for the rest of the evening. I really do like the bakery part though. The baguettes are reliably good, my son is bonkers over the muffies (think muffin batter treated like a cookie) and as Ive sampled through the other things presented in the window Ive been happy. This place would be four stars if it the service and food presentation ware more reliable. Ive been close to rating it two stars a few times, so thats why Ive waited to make my review. I like Panera as a place. The menu is good, the food (when prepared well) is good, I just wish this location were more reliable from a service and kitchen standpoint. Ill keep going and hope that the service gets better.

Although this is one of the smaller Paneras (compared to the Concord bakery), it is big on customer service. As I walked in and one of the staff greeted me with a smile. As I placed my order, the staff had laughter and was lighthearted. They included me and I laughed with them. I had ordered a lemon drop, which was gone, but one of the staff was able to find in the back - freshly baked. Speaking of fresh. Normally at the Concord bakery, anytime I have ordered bread with my soup, its hard. Im always fighting it. The bread roll here was soft and melted in my mouth. I didnt have to fight my food. The only con, is that this is a smaller location, so it was hard to navigate around tables comfortably. However, if I wanted to sit outside, it was gorgeous. Ive included a pic because the water fountain is amazing.

Overall, Panera is a good, healthy place to eat. Their breads are good, and they have the best blueberry muffin ever. Recently I made an online order for two southwest chicken broth bowls. I did not care for it at all, and neither did my husband. There are other good food items on the menu though, and they have a nice assortment. Also, the online order system is really fast and easy. My order was ready in 10 minutes and waiting in a special section when I walked in. Since you pay online, you can just walk in and get it without any interaction with employees, which makes it even faster. Ill definitely use that again. I also joined the rewards program and got a free pastry since I just joined.

Love love love me some Panera. How did I live before their souffles? And an orange scone? For special events I order Catering, pick-up and bring to work. Everything is always a hit with the team. The Dublin location is charming. Sitting outside is lovely. Chairs are actually comfortable! Booths are also but they are almost always full. Ive been there with special requests and they always take care of me. They even know my name when I arrive in the morning to pick up my orders! How great is that?

Great food - and despite being insanely busy, I get my food pretty quickly. Gotta love the French baguette - absolutely bangin. Cant get enough of it! The employees are great and must have a world of patience because Ive seen them putting up with some horrible customers. People who are too impatient or ignorant to realize that a place this busy isnt always going to be super clean every minute. The food is great and the service is spot on. Thats the important bit.

Some ways I love panera bread. Their clam chowder is delicious and their broccoli cheddar soup. Three cheese tortellini good. Pesto pasta good but lately its been getting hard and too cheesy. Looove their steak and blue cheese salad. Awesome dressing. I dont like that their always running out of souffle. I wanted to try the spinach and artichoke. I do like that they have sweets and sandwiches and other stuff.

Every Panera Bread Ive been to seems to have things down. Ive only had one negative experience here where my friends order wasnt brought out for a half hour because the first time was incorrect. The guy was new at the time though (shows how much I go, I know the folk that work there), so its ok. Otherwise, great service and food!

I placed an order online, which I cancelled but my account was still charged, when I tried getting manager to reverse payment all I get is the Manger is busy. She will return your call. This location charged my account on 9/12 as of 9/23 the manager has received several calls from me and no response from her.

Both times I went they forgot parts of my order. The second time I told the manager and gave her my receipt and she was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me I should buy another order. Poor service. Go to a different location
