En primer lugar no deben de permitir que trabajen mujeres de la calle con ustedes mal desprestigio para la compañía segundo lugar les voy a comentar que le falta mucho para tener buen servicio para el cliente deriane comprobar al servicio de McDonalds Jack de bax ellos le dan y le brindan el mejor servicio al cliente sobre todo si trabajan las 24 horas deben atender a todo el cliente que necesita comer con ustedes para llevar principalmente en la noche bien sea en carro en bicicleta en avión helicóptero como sea segundo lugar deben de mejorar sus servicios de la presentación del cliente qué trabaja con ustedes del personal mejor dicho dicho esto no les puedo dar 5 estrellas les falta mucho todavía por hacer por el cliente en pocas palabras para el buen entendedor comprendan lo que les voy a decir en una ocasión le brinde un favor a una señorita de Richmond que trabaja con ustedes le proporcione $100 prestados si aún no lo regresa the Woman de color Black no more working for you all right

Filth! Absolute and utter filth! The people who work here hardly speak any English and get frustrated at you for not understanding their heavy and broken accents. My wife and I have been here a number of times and I assure you that we will never return. It is in the extremely ghetto area of the canal in Central San Rafael and I have always felt unsafe there. The restaurant is the hangout for the illegals who stand by Ross looking for work. Ive seen thugs, druggies and women who look like prostitutes eat there. The last time I went there, I asked for my usual double whopper sandwich with a large fries and a small coffee, and I had also ordered a small onion rings since I was extra hungry on my way to work. I didnt get the onion rings and they gave me a small fries instead of a large. When I went back to get what I had paid for the short mexican man who I assume is the manager gave me the worst attitude I have ever experienced in a restaurant. He told me I was being unreasonable and I argued with him for a good minute until he finally gave me the food I paid for, and then went on talking smack in Spanish to the other employees. I went to sit down and the floor was dirty and even had a few fries on it. Then I noticed that there was a woman on drugs talking to herself in the corner of the restaurant. I felt quite uncomfortable and frankly Id had enough. I took the rest my food to go. They need to have a burger king in a pure area of Southern Marin like in Mill Valley or Larkspur, because having to go to the dangerous canal area is unreasonable. If you need to go to a local burger king, I recommend going to the one up by Ignacio. That is my new spot to eat and they are much better than the one in SR. Overall, absolute trash, Do NOT eat here. I could not think of a worse place to eat.

This burger king is one of the worst and nastiest burger kings to eat at. I have gotten food poison twice from here! I didnt learn the first time but i learned this time. Do not go there at night and expect a good meal it will be cold, nasty, and customer service is so horrible i dont know where to start. I dont know how this franchise is still open in San Rafael!

Apparently its completely acceptable for there to be a ten-minute line in the lobby of a Burger King. Not only was there no apology for the wait, there was no smile and not one ounce of anything near customer service. If youd like to see what may be the most fly-and-gnat-ridden, slowest-moving, lackadaisical Burger King in the world, go here.

The service is not good missed up my order , I also them three times no beacon and they still put beacon on my order when I told them about it they open my burger and took off the beacon and tried to give me back my food I told them oh no I dont eat pork and that the grease from the pork would be on my food. I didnt get what I ordered

This location is horrible during late night hours. The meat is ALWAYS COLD no matter what you order. And the staff choose which items are available. Dont come here for a BK Fish sandwich after 10 pm because its always "Unavailable". So much for "having it your way."

The sprite I ordered with my whopper meal was a little flat. The burger was really good! I went through the drive thru and the cashier seemed a little tired and pre-occupied. Overall I still enjoyed my meal! I always return to BK for my late night burger cravings.

Stopped in through the drive thru 7 minutes before closing. The cashier was very nice. However they were already breaking down the shake machine, so we were denied the one menu item we really wanted. Anyway the food was really good. Awesome. I recommend it.
