Absurd! Went on a busy Friday night and of course, we had a wait. Nothing out of the ordinary. Once we are sat our server was immediately pushing for us to have made a decision. Understand that they are busy and wanting to turn tables but that isnt the experience we were looking for. We wanted to sit and have appetizers and drinks and be causal and enjoy our dinner. My boyfriend and I were both servers for some time so we understand they dont always like this. But because we know that, we know we are going to tip well. Just dont push us! Once you can see that we are taking our time, let us. The pushing continued until we placed our entree orders. We never saw our server again. I mean never. Someone else brought our food, typical so we thought nothing of this. However, our server or anyone else working never checked to be sure we needed anything else, wanted another drink, or that our food had turned out how wed hoped. Someone else came by much later but the server was clearly very busy and provided zero or poor customer service. I asked for a box for my food and the desert we wanted. Again, we wanted to enjoy ourselves and not rush. The desert was brought to us prior to receiving boxes which meant that our entree was still on the table. This should not have happened. After we boxed our food and finished our desert we still had no sign of our server and it was clear the gentleman who brought the boxes and desert had taken over this section of the restaurant. Usually when this happens someone communicates that. Either the server you have introduces the new server or the new server lets you know. Nope, didnt happen. My boyfriend had to hunt down the server to request our bill so we could leave. Had we been that type of person we could have left, come back, and left again and no one would have even questioned it. We were abandoned. Paid the bill, and left. I dont usually keep my receipts. Im never concerned but thankfully my boyfriend had me keep it that night. Such poor service and you still got an 18% tip. As far as Im concerned you should be lucky because you abandoned us. Id rather tip the man who brought and cooked my food than anyone else in that restaurant. I look at my bank and I see that I was not charged for my half of the 18% tip. I was actually charged for 48% tip. Small bill so it isnt a huge number but when we are talking how much you should be tipped for providing poor service... It is a huge difference. The food was delicious and we enjoyed our left overs very much. It was a nice evening and the manager I spoke with to have my charge corrected was very kind. Id probably return because as a previous server I get that it could have been an off night. But come one! What a shitty experience.

The food is like any other olive garden and it tastes good and thats why I am giving it 2 stars. The service however, was poop. I was greeted by a girl who had no interest being at the reception. She looked and sounded frustrated. I asked if I can order to-go and she pointed at the bar and said "go there". I decided to order food/drink at the bar. The bartender was super busy flirting with the waitresses who were just hanging out in a group next to the bar. They were super loud that I got frustrated by that. After 15 mins of sitting there the bartender made me a drink which was super weak and very sweet - not worth $10. No fork/knife were given when the food arrived. Had to wave at bartender multiple times to even get water refilled. My overall experience was horrible just because of people working there. Not sure why someone hires people to work for customer service when they have no skills. Not going back ever.

Been here several times before and after several times I have to say that this Olive Garden is no different than any other Olive Garden. With big chain restaurants like this you cant really tell the difference besides the service. Although I will have to admit that the service here is pretty decent in comparison to other locations I have been to. Every time we have been here we are seated right away (even on weekend nights) and our waiter comes out really quickly to assist us. The food here is pretty good and freshly made. The times that I have been here the food comes out really quick, hot and tastes great. The place is located near other stores and there is huge parking lot which makes it easy. Overall a good place to come and eat and defiantly recommend. Better service than the Vallejo location for sure.

Unlimited Salad & breadsticks.. yes!!! Olive Garden has the worlds best salad & breadsticks but their other dishes are also pretty decent (health warning: they are also high in calories). They do not take reservations so if you go on a weekend during rush hour, expect to wait atleast an hour before you get a table. Olive Garden also runs a seasonal menu from time to time so make sure you take a look at that. Their pastas are very cheesy and each dish is good for two so you can get the leftovers boxed and easily have it for another meal. The service is also decent and the restaurant can easily accommodate big groups but the wait time can get even longer as the group size grows.

I recommend this restaurant for the following reasons. Olive Garden is one of my favorite chains in the United States. I love the concept; you get as much bread stick, soup or salad and house made iced tea as you want. Food: The entrees were good. Ravioli were delicious and the mozzarella sticks came with a nice tomato-basil sauce. The salad was nice, tasted very healthy and had a delicious Italian dressing. Bread sticks are really good as well. My five cheese marinara with Italian sausage was ok. The sauce lacked a strong cheese-taste although there were five cheese flavors. My friends loved their dishes; cheese ravioli and two times grilled chicken.

I have never felt compelled to post a review regarding an restaurant experience, but with my past meal I felt it was necessary. When my food was brought out it was half breaded, half grilled, with no sauce! When paying nearly $20 for a meal you would expect to receive what you had ordered. When I asked to have it re-made it took over an hour to receive my meal. After the rest of my party finished their meal I was still waiting so asked for the manager. The less then sincere apology was the primary reason for this post. IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD. Will never go back and will be discribing my experience to friends and family.

This particular location is Excellent. The menu is very frugal and lively. The sauce comes straight from a can or ketchup bottle. The waiters fervently believe "Pasta" is over-cooked noodles. The salads are basically what farmers feed to their pigs at the farms. And their breadsticks are essentially greasy, salty, something. The food is serve in a cavernous dark atmosphere; filled with the stenches of overcooked garlic, putrefied carpet and cheap cologne. In the end youre served with a check ranging from $60-100. For a meal you could have purchase at your local supermarket for $10 including the extra Macaroni and cheese. Great Success!
