Man this is the saddest day of our familys life.. weve been going there for a good time now (yrs) and walked in.. to see that all the seats are gone ceiling is gone and our waitress is gone.. the new girl said for here or to go?? Im like what happen to hello welcome to burrito factory?? We knew a month ago there was a new owner and some things will change, but they changed too much!!! The original cook is gone .. the nice lady is gone(waitress) and it smells like chemicals in there.. we use to love this place and it breaks my heart that our tradition is not there any more.. I will not try the new burritos or step another foot in there.. if you have been going here for years.. dont go there and expect what you have been use to... they totally messed up the resturant.. and the owner with the glasses is not baby friendly.. at all.. how you expect to have families to go there if there is no where to put the babies at with your IKEA tables!!and I seen what the owner replyed. It a burrito restaurant..not Chile Verde place.. bring back our traditional! Im sure your seeing your sales decline... just change the name already its not the same anymore

Took an hr just to get our food. When they finally showed up the driver called me and said "your order is outside" and then hung up. Umm Im pretty sure you get paid to come to my door. Than I walk outside and a little girl who was freezing comes to hand me my order...wtf! Open up my boxes and not only was my food cold but I didnt get everything I asked for. I called them to complain and I believe it was the owner that helped me (super nice guy by the way) he made them come back with the rest of my stuff, to bad by then I was over it and the food was still horrible. Rude ass drivers by the way!

I will definitely give this place 1 star only . Its been my favorite and my family!s favorite for years the burritos were the best burritos in town. But you can definitely tell their is been a change in cooks lately because for the past 2 weeks food has been disgusting. And I am not the only one who thinks like that my whole family is disappointing with their recent changes. Either they start making new food like before or this place is going down . I see a lot of new unfriendly faces. Its sad that so many changes have been made to the menu for bad its scaring customers with new ownership.

I would give this place 5 stars but lately the delivery service is seriously lacking. I ordered two meals and 2 sides and it took 10 minutes just to place the order. The girl didnt know the order numbers and what came with the order so I had to repeat myself to make sure the order was complete. And then when she repeated the order she got half of it wrong. Then the girl hangs up before getting my address so I had to call back. We are frequent customers but are considering taking our business elsewhere. And our last order took 50 minutes to be delivered.

Went back to burrito factory after a very long time and loved it. they had carne asada fries as a special that my friend order. i also loved the carne asada burrito which was really good. my other friend had the factory special which never disappoints and was super huge. great value for the money. cant wait for them to start selling beer to.

The burritos are huge and delicious and served with complimentary salad , chips and salsa . My favorite is FACTORY SPECIAL Chile Verde burrito that served wet with green sauce and has guacamole in it .The place is nice and clean, prices are reasonable and the service is quick.

This is not Mexican food, its very idk what....but if your looking for delicious Mexican food this isnt the place the burritos are not bad their ok ....but would I order anything else on the menu? Nope Ive done it before and was very disappointed

I been going to this place for years now been driving all the way from Anaheim always great customer service but I noticed a change on staff and on the food . Unfortunately it hasnt been a good change I will definitely not go back to this place !

Awesome food and great service, they asked if i got enough to eat? The only reason I did not give Burrito Factory 5 stars is that the delivery food is completely different. All the way down to the salsa. EAT IN. The food is much better

worst mexican food I have ever had in my life. they were severely overpriced and I found hairs in my chips the food smelled like dog food I paid 12 dollars for food that I did not even get to eat because it was so disgusting

Recently redecorated, it looks beautiful. The chef is the same and the food is just as great as before, with some new items added to the menu. Prices are good, service is very good. Highly recommend.
