I was using the bathroom and was sure to lock the door behind me and while I was doing my business the manager of the store unlocked the bathroom door with his key without knocking and I yelled "what the hell man" and he just left the door locked so the door wasnt closed fully and said nothing, I then went to the front and he tried to avoid me but I called him over and he told me that I did not close it right even though I was sure I did when I kept telling him I did he then told me "f*** you" and walked away. I was only looking for an apology nothing more and that is what I received from the MANAGER of the store who was wearing a black shirt with grey sweater vest and had facial hair color black and was Hispanic. This is unacceptable

Id prefer go give zero stars for this location!! We ordered a jacks brew house burger and when we got home it was just a plain cheese burger with lettuce,tomatoes and cheese with no mayo, thats definitely not what they advertised. We get to the winfo and the cashier stuffed one large meal and one medium meal in one bag and when we asked if thats everything the guy says uyes then he says "oh wait ur nuggets" I thought I had everything?! This place sucks!!

Slow, rude and slow. Hey at least they are helping the community by giving unemployable people jobs. Even if it is just serving dog food, at least they arent just sitting at home not bothering anyone. Ffs! Please demolish this place and replace it with a blank lot.

Food is good. I was in a hurry and didnt check my items so I was sad to find that I was missing something. The ladies should really focus more on work than gossiping. I heard all their business from the drive thru window. What sucks is that it was management :/

I ordered 4 breakfast platters to go this morning got no syrup or butter for my pancakes no eating utensils like what am i supposed to eat with my hands? And the cashier stuffed my order all in one bag.

Horrible they completely messed up the order. I order jacks munchie box and when I got home to open it they didnt have my burger inside, how do you forget a burger its the main part of the meal!

Its awesome to have a Jacks in Highland Park that is 24hrs. There is also free WiFi. Food is good, comparable to other places. Staff is decent. All in all good place to go for midnight munchies
