Im not sure why the ratings are so low for this place. I came in with a party of 4 plus a baby for new years eve and they were completely accommodating. The server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and brought out my (impatient) 1 year olds food quickly along with our appetizers. It was a Thursday, which was lovely since it was 70¢ boneless wings (minimum 4 per order) so we had our fill. We ordered multiple times and we served at a delightful rate. The wing flavors my party chose seemed to hit the spot for them. Maybe its the sauces I chose or because Im pregnant and my taste buds are off, but I only enjoyed one of the flavors I ordered. The others were mediocre. That would be my only complaint. The food was cooked through, delicious (sans horrible wing flavor choices), and the wait staff was accommodating and kind. I really want to go back and try some other flavors to hopefully redeem my disappointing sauce choices. Edit: I tried the bone-in wings today, they were very crunchy, parts were inedible. I picked two new sauces, I only like one. The Asian zing or something like that. But from now on Im opting for boneless, theyre at least completely edible and you cant really overcook them.

20 minutes get a drink. 30 minutes one person at table gets served, no additional drinks, 55 minutes still no kor food or servers. Girl selling raffle tickets said she dont serve drinks and dont know where my food is. Other guy at my table almost done eating. 1. 2 hours waiter comes back. Forgot my order. He is to get more drinks. I told him I want to order food. He walks off. 7 minutes for drinks his record for the night. 16 minutes order is wrong. Just spilled a drink cause the table is wobbly. Crap. 3 minutes, got food. Cold but I got it. Im eating but not happy. Did I mention another at my table got rww chicken. Yuck. OK the salad is good. Chicken is cold. Ring nose boy just cant quite get it. I choose no tip tonight.

Its a BWW, so you generally know what youre getting. Good wings, and a nice beer selection. Plenty of games on. Pretty easy to find parking. I do miss my jalapeno poppers (damn you corporate menu makers!) My biggest complaint is the service. Not uncommon for me to sit at a bar table and pretty much be ignored. A friend and I actually left once after sitting there like idiots for a good 15 minutes. Its a decent place to go after work or late afternoon, when its not busy and they have happy hour. If they could just punch up their service, Id give it 5 stars.

I took my teenager daughter to this restuarant and the hostess would not let us be seated in the family section. They seated us at the bar area then ignored us for 10 minutes. The employees would not even acknowledge us. Would not recommend this place if you have children. Ended up leaving the establishment and the hostess said have a nice day! Really, she knew we were not served. Very rude! We ended up at the BBQ place next door and a few minutes later we saw the hostess dining at that place during her break! Not family friendly.

Ive been coming to bww for over 10 years now and Ive seen the quality degrade in the past two years. This location was good until the last two times. My wings are SPARSLY covered in sauce and my queso wedges had only a drizzle of queso. There was a branch in san ramon that had this same problem. I guess its spread here now. Im very disappointed. I dont mind spending good money but I expect quality everytime. Its no wonder why corporate BWLD missed their projections last quarter.

I stood around for over 10 mins before anyone came to help me. The waitress was nice but she told me they sent the cashier home thats why I was standing there with no one acknowledging me. Now its passed the time my food was supposed to be ready and IT STILL WASNT DONE after waiting I received a large order that contained 16 wings that were also extremely soggy and greasy (I took pics ) along with bonless wings that BARELY had sauce (also took pics) wings were under cooked!!

Bad service. Waited long time for food and the order was wrong. Host didnt seem to care at all. Wanted to watch an out of area college football game on one of the scores of TVs available. One server put it on the channel, but another changed it back to the same channel that all the other TVs were on and we were told "thats what everybody wants to watch". Not going back.

I had originally head this place was terrible so I avoided it. That was a mistake. Finally ate here this past weekend on Saturday night and it was delicious!!! They actually made the wings "wet" unlike some locations that Ive been to before. All the staff were very nice and helpful. These fried cheese curds are pretty darn good too! Definitely eating here again soon.

As we walked through the restarant, I noticed the floor was extremely dirty... they gave us happy hour menus when happy hour is only on weekdays. We were also waited on by 4 employess, the wings were excellent, fries were disgusting, and the veggies were obviously old. Overall I will stick to wing stop for half the price

The food was great and our waitress was really great. But another staff member in a white jersey decided instead of doing her job she was going to flirt, be loud, and make fun of other customers with a table of three guys. Completely ruined our dinner and we left early. The managers need to watch their staff better.

Pretty bad experience. Did takeout, no one was around when I showed up, food was ready 20 minutes late, food was cold, half of the wings had no sauce or rub of any kind. Cold, chewy, low quality chicken nuggets. Theres another wing place just down the road, do yourself a favor and go there instead.

BWs is a local favorite for many of my friends and colleagues. The wings are higher priced than some places, but the crispness and flavor are worth it. If you are ordering to-go, then this is a five star review. If you are there for a sit-down meal, expect the wait staff to be a little slow.

Hmm, 1st time here. Friends and I sat in the bar. Typical bar settings, lots of TVs, ooh la la. Went to the restroom, not very tidy. There was no lock on the stall I was using, there was no toilet paper, and the trash was full. Our server Doneille was super sweet and nice, said she was new.

We are going to try again today. We have gone at least 10 times a group of us. Twice we left as we didnt get waited on and had been sitting for 20 min. We really like the food but the service is terrible. I would say out of the 10 visits we had great service 2 times.

The food is not the best, but the prices are good, they have weekly weekday happy hour specials that are all great deals, they are kid/family friendly, and the staff is always very nice. It is always a great place to go to grab a small bite and a beer.
