If youre in the mood for a tasty burger, you cant go wrong with In-N-Out. As with most In-N-Out locations its usually very busy and whether you go to the drive-thru or walk into the restaurant youll probably be waiting a while to get your food. And I say that only because this is considered to be a fast food restaurant. As for this specific location, off of 101 and Lawrence, its in a nice Shopping Center that usually gets pretty busy on weekend nights. So you can probably expect to drive around for a few minutes looking for parking because there is also a movie theater in this little shopping center. As for the food, it is pretty much what you would expect from In-N-Out, tasty Burgers and Fries and good milkshakes. A handy tip would be to Google "special orders at In-N-Out" to see the different ways you can order your burger and fries that may not be on the menu. I particularly like the animal-style french fries. The inside of the restaurant, for being so busy, is typically pretty clean. And from my experience the servers there are very helpful and friendly, when asking to have a table wiped off.

I dont think I could ever rate an In-N-Out anything less than five stars. Theyre all consistently awesome, I can always count on one location to have an equal or better experience than another. That being said, Ive frequented this one often because of its proximity to Mission College and my house. Its also a great place to enjoy before a movie at neighboring AMC 20, all-in-all very convenient and not terribly busy. Service has always been very pleasant, and the food has always been very satisfying. I used to indulge and get a 3x3 (a secret menu item of 3 hamburger patties/slices of cheese). Secret menu items, by the way, are worth Googling (like the protein style thats just two meat patties and lettuce/tomatoes). Try getting fries well done for a more crispy experience (the terminology is extra toast just for buns). Definitely a favorite and essential restaurant in my short Bay Area list, even if its pretty common place these days!

In-n-out Burger...How do you even begin to describe it? Burger, Fries and a drank; but honestly its much more than that. With every bite it harnesses the consistency and feeling of a sunny southern california beach. Gooey onions, animal fries, and a feeling of contentment; what more do you really need? Bon Appetite. Theres all kinds of things you can do to make yourself feel special; animal, 3x3, protein burger, grilled whole onions, chopped chilis; but alas - dont do it. Just get it the good ol fashioned way and enjoy it as God intended. : )

This location is convenient for a dependably good, quick meal before or after a movie right across the parking lot. If you have to wait in line for a movie, you can take out and make everyone around you jealous about your burger. It’s an In-N-Out so the food and experience are what’s expected. The burgers are always good and fresh. Although the fries are made from scratch, we don’t care for them made in their standard way--we order them extra crispy so they don’t get soggy as soon as they cool off.

It is my favorite chain hamburger restaurant. I hesitate to label it as fast food since it often takes more than 15 minutes to get my order when dining in. However, its worth the wait since my usual order of the lettuce-wrapped hamburger with no sauce and buns (sometimes the Double Double when really hungry) always taste fresh. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean. I like the simple menu but the fries are either too dry and overly crunchy or they dont have the right crunch.

If youre from California you already know the magic of this burger place. If you dont, then youre probably not from California and you need to try this place out! I enjoy getting my burger customized, like asking for a "whole grilled onion" or getting a grilled cheese. The only complaint I have with this particular place is that it is always crowded, which is a great problem to have if youre in n out :) Other than that, they do justice on the Double Double!

Great service here! I havent been to an In N Out location in awhile and dont remember this kind of service. A kind employee asked us what our number was and when our number was called the employee came to us and served us our food without us having to get up. The same employee even took our food away when we were finished eating. I dont think this kind of service is typical here, but it must have been our lucky day. 5 stars to the awesome employees here.

The food is tasty and a California foodie favorite. You can request edits to your burger to set it apart. For instance, instead of just a "burger" you can order "well-done burger with toasted buns and peppers animal style". Careful when using the drive-thru! You can easily get stuck, especially if theyre behind on an item. Its better to go in and wait for 20 minutes than to be stuck chugging along wasting gas for 15 minutes.

the service was horrible at 5 p.m. they did not seem like they knew what they were doing. The counter help was not paying attention. The food is always good and I am amazed that the service sucked. Ive never been in this location before but I do frequent the other locations. usually it is a smooth running operation thats why I come. Im sure glad it was super busy like most of the rest of the locations.

Its an in-n-out -- what you see is what you get! I love this place for the freshness and reliability, and because of "protein style"... but only 4 stars for this one because its so often crazy busy being right next to a movie theater, and because the parking lot is both tough to get in from certain approaches, and when theres a long line for the drive through some of the entrances/exits get blocked.

In-n-out is awesome. When I first tried it, it reminded me of some good Burger places back in Seattle. It doesn’t seem like some chain, it seems like a rich mom and pop. My boyfriend told me about their secret menu, so I always get the animal fries. One time I went home and found that part of my order was missing. I called them and they sent me 2 gift cards. That was good customer service.

Good place for some delicious burgers, and a general local favorite! Typically has a long wait with people going out and coming back from AMC movies, but today was quick. Ask for animal fries, off the menu but better than regular fries, which are also much better than other fast food chains. Got couple of cheeseburgers and strawberry shake, both good..

i was a little disapointed after hearing how wonderfull they were. the price was ok and the menu was simple. just burgers and shakes. food was hot and fresh. we had bacon cheese burger fries and drink, burgers were good, fries were iffy. it was really busy due to the location near great america. still alot better then McDungholes and Burger puke

If youre looking for something other than burgers shakes and fries, you should look elsewhere! This place does those things and it does them well. If you want something that is a little different check online for various things that are on the "secret" menu! Like the animal fries. If youre not familiar with In & Out, these will blow your mind!
