Honestly if there was 0 stars i wouldve put that down , i had to get food around 5 in the morning, due of being exhausted i called before i left home to ask them if they serve meals beside breakfast and i guess Jessica answered the phone and informed me that they do serve burgers and what not. I went there around 5:15 am and the drive thru lady told me that they are not taking any orders and i told that i called before i came and she replied that the grill is broken and didnt say anything else, if the crew was a little bit more i attentive i wouldnt have had to drive on the highway at 5 in the morning to get nothing !!!

Change the oil already! Every time I come to this Jack in the Box any thing fried has that terrible 2 week old burnt oil taste. The curly fries were absolutely terrible. The only reason I didnt give them 1 star was because the staff is super friendly and efficient.

This girl Monique was SUPER NICE. Service was relatively fast considering the time we went (3am, 7 minute wait). One of the few places opened at that time. Quality is the same as normal hours, unlike some other places.

Thier customer service is bad, they always leave something out of your order, and it takes at least 30 minute or more to go thru the drive thru pretty much all the time. Worst. Jack n the box i ever been at.

They always forget to put something that I ordered. It sucks and on Friday nights there is like only 2 or 3 employees running the place so it takes like 20 minutes at least just to order.
