Coming in for a family dinner several nights ago, we found ourselves having to wait almost 20 or 30 minutes past the time of our reservation, until they finally kicked out (or, politely asked, rather) another party who had been sitting there long after their meal, just talking. Moving past that, we ordered the: * Ribeye Tartare - Gorgeous presentation aside, this was a pretty tasty appetizer to start with, but not as spectacular as some other tartares Ive had, with more unique flavors or complexities. * Lobster & Scallop Risotto - Perfectly cooked scallops with good flavor, over a bed of tasty risotto. * Seafood Paella - Not really traditional paella, but had good flavors, and the kick was quite enjoyable as well. All in all, tasty food, albeit not particularly unique or memorable. Im a little torn in how to rate Bistro Central Parc, but will opt for a low 4 stars rather than a high 3 stars: in other words, I can see myself coming back here again, but its unlikely to be among my top choices. ***Accessibility Info*** Venue - With tables arranged as closely as they are here, maneuvering through the restaurant and getting seated may pose some difficulties, but all in all, was not terrible. Bathroom - Didnt try, so no comment.

Excellent. Great French dining experience. Absent wune, one can eat for around 25 to 35 dollars. The read is made fresh in house. one night I had beef tartar and a filet with pommel and foisted gras. My daughter had a dish with scallops and risotto. All were very tasty. I returned a few days later by myself and had the french onion soup which is the best I have had st any restaurant within memory The ambiance is calm and quiet; a good place for an intimate meal. The staff is the best. Tonight I went to Bistro Central Park by myself. I ate at the bar. Emily who waited on me was excellent as were the two gentlemen who took care of me when Emily got off. Quite a convevial place. In fact I may take a friend there tomorrow fir.my third visit this week! It is that good! restaurant by myself ans was omantic

The brunch at Bistro Central Parc was really disappointing and overhyped. The steak frites was overpriced, bland and tasted like they used low quality meat. The salad on the side was wilty and over dressed. I did like their french toast, but find it kinda weird that they charge extra for pure maple syrup (shouldnt quality ingredients always be served?). The mussels were okay, but Ive had better, fresher mussels at other places. I would probably get the Croque Madame next time since that looked better, although on my friends dish, the egg looked overdone. The service was good, and they were able to seat us pretty quickly for a Saturday morning. Id give them another try for dinner probably, but not for brunch.

The beef tartar here was disappointing at best, despite the ostentatious display. Coupled with unimaginably slow service, the restaurant delivered nothing short of a bewildering spectacle of blandness. The only thing that could have made the experience thus far worse was the frighteningly pedestrian wine selection. The redeeming factor came with the main course. While my medium steak veered disturbingly close to the well done side, it was still edible, and at times, enjoyable, albeit dry. The risotto was also acceptable. Nothing unique here, but presenting an edible dish deserves an accolade in itself.

Every part of out meal was delightful. The filet was absolutely amazing the first time I came here (probably because it had foie gras before the ban), but it wasnt that great the second time (it was a weird cut). The New York steak is out of this world though, and the fries that come with are delish. I also got the scallop risotto one time and the scallops were cooked perfectly and the risotto was a delicious compliment. The servers range between chill and snarky and really add to the overall vibe. Its a classy french restaurant without the pretense. I cant wait to come back.

Its not quite as good as Chapeau!, but I think for the price it cant be beat. Ive tried: Lobster Risotto. Excellent. Perfect portion. Lamb Shank. Meat was deliciously tender, but I thought the sauce was a bit rich (adding less sauce to your bites helped out immensely). Steak Special. I think this is a regular special as Ive seen this a few times. Its basically a Filet Mignon with foie gras on top. Awesome. Its a great little restaurant and the prices a fair. What more can I say? Would definitely go again and would recommend you at least try it.

Had brunch here. Nothing out of the ordinary, had a pretty standard brunch menu, but they did start serving the lunch menu at 11 am which looked quite interesting. I cant say much more than that as I just had the Salmon Eggs Benedict, which was tasty and cost about $15. Espresso coffee was well made and they dont overfill the cappuccino with milk, which I think is rare these days. Service was prompt and attentive. Would recommend this neighborhood gem as it was also relatively quiet... another rarity in the city these days.

I was excited to try this place since I had read such great reviews. It was very good, not excellent, but very good. The duck with cherry special was delicious and the host was charming but my butternut squash soup was cold. It also took us a long time to get our fries that we ordered to come with our mussels. The risotto was good but not amazing. Dessert was fantastic - profiteroles. Well likely be back because the price is right, the location is good and the experience was fun and romantic.

Ive been to Bistro Central Parc a few times and each time has been a good experience. This is a good spot to chill with a small group of friends or a good date night spot. The place itself is nice inside with a few tables, a bar (wine&beer), and an outdoor seating area. They also serve brunch but I have yet to try it. The highlights from the dinner menu for me are: French onion soup Bone marrow (when its available) Rack of lamb - oh so good Scallop risotto Beignets.

We went for brunch with friends. Very cute corner French cafe. I have read reviews about parking being difficult but it was no problem on a Sunday morning. Mimosas were yummy with fresh orange juice. I had the omelet with cheese, mushrooms, and spinach. Fluffy eggs with a side salad and potatoes. Very filling. My fiance said the salmon benedict was also good, and our friend enjoyed his scallops with risotto. I cant wait to go back for dinner!!

This place is amazing! Was visiting my friends in San Francisco and they are regulars at this place. It is in a cute part of town, small place, but thats what makes it even better. The service was outstanding and the recommendations were on par. The baked brie was out of this world as was my entree, filet mignon with potato gratin. My friends, as usual, were delighted with their entrees as well. It is well worth the price and the wait.

This is a fav brunch spot for me. The eggs Benedict is perfect. The French toast is amazing. The brunch menu isnt very extensive, but its solid and there are a lot of options for sides. Its surprisingly quiet during brunch hours- if you wanna give up being hip and waiting for NOPA just walk a few blocks down Grove. I havent done dinner here yet, perhaps when I do this may elevate them to a 5-Star.
