Ambience was poor. Food was kind of filling but not tasty. Orange chicken was just plain diced chicken (not shaped like how orange chicken is normally shaped) excessively smothered with orange sauce, nothing else (no garnish or seasoning). Shrimp fried rice was just a handful of shrimp over fried rice (not a lot of garnish or any seasoning). The staff was nice, but its not enough to make me want to come back. If youre starving, I would recommend going here to fulfill your hunger. But if youre looking for some good Chinese food, this is not the place.

They do not serve Hawaiian Food anymore but is now a full on Vietnamese eatery with pho and rice plates, vermicelli, etc. Decent pho! Get the #2 with rare steak and brisket, my fav. They also have a section for take out chinese food. Seating is limited so come during off-peak time periods.

First off, having actual Chinese cooks in the kitchen is a good sign. The food here is reasonably priced and you get a sense of a real family run business. Its slightly more expensive than Chinatown but cheaper than average downtown joints. Id eat here any day versus an over priced salad.

The service is always with a smile. It is a buffet style mostly for lunch but you can also order off the menu. I really like the honey walnut chicken and salt and pepper chicken are delicious. The price is average aboout $7 for a 2 item plate full of food!

77 offers fast, freshly-made food around lunchtime in the Financial District. While their fried options are not so good, their eggplant, fish with black bean sauce, and Mongolian chicken are all excellent.
