They are liars. Lets start with that. I went in thinking I might try some of their Pho, only to see the price was twice as much for half as much pho as the place right next door. Well, they got me in already, so lets see if anything else sounds good. Ahh, sandwiches are decently priced... So I order a BBQ Meatball sandwich, expecting a meatball sandwich with a slight vietnamese flair thrown in, such as the garnishes and the sweeter flavors of a vietnamese sandwich. I get my sandwich and a 6 oz cup of water. I look at my sandwich. I flip the sandwich around a bit. I look at it again. I ask the waiter over and ask him "Is this the BBQ meatball sandwich?" He says "Yes" and walks off... Okay... Well, huh. The sandwich is a normal vietnamese sandwich by the looks of things, complete with slices of cucumber, rectangular slices of meat, carrots, etc. Lets take a look at those meat slices again. Im not sure what makes a rectangle a ball, but the waiter assured me this is a meatball, a BBQ one at that. There is no sauce to speak of on this sandwich other than the white sauce that is normal for a vietnamese sandwich. I take a few bites, its good. Not what I ordered, but good I guess. Get about halfway in and suddenly my mouth is on fire. Apparently right in the middle of it they mixed in a sauce mixed with chinese mustard. Lots of chinese mustard. I downed the water to save me from this, and was outta water before getting the flavor gone. I look to the waiters clearing the table next to me and ask about getting some water, but theyre too busy clearing the table to give me any mind. Now, I understand, tables need to be clean and all, but there were 2 parties in this restaurant at the time, me, and a group of ladies still deciding what they wanted. I then started to pick apart the sandwich in front of them, ate the meat, and a bit of the bread without sauce on it to try to dull the burn. I got up to pay as soon as one of the waiters was behind the counter because I wanted to leave this place that badly. While paying, I asked if he could pass on a suggestion to the owner. I calmy told him that the BBQ Meatball sandwich needed to be renamed. He asked why. I started with explaining the lack of meatballs, to which he responds "Oh no, we cut the meatballs up." Many things pass through my head here including the fact that the pho has circular balls of meat as an option and they actually use them uncut for it... and the fact that at best they cut up a meat ovalloid for my sandwich. Knowing Id get nowhere, I went to point 2 "That wasnt BBQ, there was no sauce of such and it would have been sweeter and tangy if it was. This burned my mouth." He doesnt seem to hear me and ignores me as he hands me my change. I leave... So, one of two things happened. 1: Their BBQ Meatball sandwich on the menu means something entirely different than logically imaginable. 2: They gave me the wrong sandwich hoping I wouldnt notice and then insisted on making it out as if this was the correct sandwich when shown proof otherwise. Neither one pleases me at all. Service was horrible, the menu lies, and the food was while mostly pleasant, way too spicy for a food item that should be sweet.

Early on a rainy evening, October 2016. One other diner was in the place. I was greeted with a smile and seated within 15 seconds. Quiet bland music was playing. I ordered fresh spring rolls and chicken pad Thai with 4 out of 5 spiciness. I got the spring rolls with peanut sauce in about 3 minutes; and the pad Thai about 6 minutes later -- just as I was finishing the spring rolls; perfect timing. The spring rolls were ok -- not the best Ive ever had, and certainly not the worst. The pad Thai was also ok -- flavorful; maybe a little salty; maybe a little oily; not as spicy-hot as I expected. Not the best Ive ever had, but lots better than the worst. Next time Ill ask for 4.5 out of 5. Or maybe Ill get all crazy, and ask for 5 of 5. Cost came to $16 and change. I paid $20 including tip. Bathroom was clean. In fact, the whole place seemed clean. Floor not sticky. Other diners were coming in as I was leaving. Ill be back another time.

Suppose to be a great place to eat...well that was not my experience. Myself, my daughter and three gransons went to have a late lunch, 3 oclock. I will say it was a cute place, but clean it is not. We over looked the sticky floors, as we had heard good things....it took about 5 minutes to be acknowledged, that should have a clue to leave, as there was only one other table with people and they already had their food. We ordered, it took almost 20 minutes to get our food...one of the dinners was so salty we couldnt even eat it...water glasses sat empty with no refills, until we requested refills to get rid of the salt in our mouths...bottom line we paid the bill, left a tip, was smaller than I would have usually left, but we will NEVER go back...too many good places and thats not one of them...I have no problem paying good money for good food...

When we showed up about 7 pm on Sunday night, there were just a few other tables with customers. Eventually we flagged down a server to take our orders. By about 7:30 we were starting to get nervous as we hadnt seen any food come out of the kitchen. Eventually the waiter came by to fill the water glasses for the first time at about 7:45, so we asked how much longer until our order will be ready. Another 30 minutes! Being a bit shocked that it would be longer to continue waiting at Le-Le than to go to another restaurant, we asked the waiter to double check on the timing. Rather than offer any sort of confirmation or apology, the waiter just went back to boxing up a takeout order. Since they had obviously not even started our food yet, we walked out.

I ordered phad Thai and it was simply not good. Ate a lot of this dish. First time it was simply yuck. Too much garlic and hard chicken and super salty. Strange never thought garlic salt was in phad Thai.I ordered my son fried rice we both could not eat it or stomach the smell was like ginger and tasted like ginger on rice with oil and some peas. Definitely not fried rice. It resembled that instant rice Martter of fact. was a to go order maybe thats why. I also got lectured about being ten min too late to pick up my order to go. I also dont mind spending money on good food but this was not good food. I had to add food made me sick. Up all night throwing up. Too much oil in the food and wrong flavors. Wont be back

Our two bbq pork sandwiches took almost an hour to arrive at lunch time, and the cook didnt bother to put sauce on the whole sandwich, which made it dry. Our food was almost tossed onto the table, rather than served. My lunch companion had really enjoyed this restaurant the last time, which is why we went. I cant imagine a reason for me to go back again. And yes, the floors are sticky.
