The guy that was working behind the counter was very rude. I was there the morning of 11FEB2017. He intensional dropped my card while "attempting" to hand my card back to me. Then says "oops, sorry bruh!" Then he starts to berate me about how I need to speak louder. He did something similar to the couple in front of me and when I returned to my travel party, one of them asked if the knucklehead behind the counter was still there. Aparrently, he was rude to two other people in my party. If management reads this, you guys might want reconsider this idiot. He does not represent you well. I own a business with about 100 employees/contractors. If any one of them treats my customers like that, they are immediately fired. Keep this in mind, this is the first review Ive ever written. I am very hard to offend and this guy is just entitled to the roll of "my first review".

The good: theyre very nice, relatively fast, and have the usual accompaniments and the pastries looked good. The bad: the cup of coffee was almost too hot to carry with an insulator. The ugly: the obviously pre-frozen egg and square cheese on a soggy English muffin, which I chose to go hungry rather than finish.

Stopped by at the airport a few times to avoid the lines at the other coffee shop. Coffee tastes burnt and they left 2 inches of room. Who needs that much cream? Disappointed. Next time i will wait in line elsewhere.
