Sufficiently frou-frou coffee and treats for what youre paying. Their cappuccinos are just small lattes, though. Theyre quite wet even when specifically asked for dry. They really shouldnt keep cappuccinos on the menu if theyre just lattes in a smaller mug. The coffee and lattes are great. The food demonstrates an understanding for presentation and taste great. I shared the French toast which was fruity and delicious - as well as the nova lox which had an abundance of capers but actually turned out well.

This place used to be outstanding. The lattes were pretty much perfect. I hadnt been here in a little while and just learned that they changed the milk. That is almost never a good thing and it certainly is not in this case here. The sign still says that they use Strauss organic milk but sadly, that is not the case. That and overheating the milk has made for a mediocre latte, not as bad as Starbucks, but that really isnt the bar they should be trying to clear.

An extraordinary place to taste and enjoy some extraordinary coffees. They really know their stuff. Seating is comfortable, and the atmosphere pleasant. Im a huge fan of the açai bowl, and highly recommended! Its also a great place to try different methods of coffee preparation. Four stars because they ditched most of their breakfast fare, making it more like an ordinary coffee shop in the food department (except for the delicious açai bowl, of course).

Went here today as Swell for the first time. I used to come to this spot a lot when it was Pannikin. PROS: Cute and unique atmosphere. Kind of rustic. Different seating options. High quality coffee. CONS: You get less amount of coffee for more money -- a small latte was $4.00. Limited flavor options -- No white chocolate The wait -- this is not a place to come if youre in a hurry. This is a slow down and savor time type of place.

Great vintage atmosphere. Lots of table space. Free WiFi. Decent music. The coffee is consistently great as well. They have a bunch of hipster coffee brewing methods if youre into that sort of thing. I would come here all the time to study if it was closer to where I live and it was open past 7pm!

Drinks are great! Coffee is good and there is a lot to choose from. The seating is nice and its a great place to relax and get some work done. All the workers are nice and friendly and also happy which is important! The vanilla dream is a good mellow drink thats not to sweet.

Actually...pretty pretentious. Expensive, weak coffee @ $5 a CUP for regular brew. It wasnt even good. They dont have heavy cream and the servers are sort of snooty. It was much cleaner than Pannikin...but no "VIBE" any more. Would not go back.
