This was the worst starbucks experience I have ever had. I have been to several different Starbucks shops and this was just awful. Dirty, disrespectful and a bad experience. The 3 kids that were working there were behind the cash complaining about their job, texting, and the girl in the back was on the computer (seemed to be watching TV). On behalf of that, their bathroom was closed simply because they did not want to clean it. They said it was due to "chemicals" but obviously a bathroom wouldnt be closed down for several hours due to that. I myself had to use the restroom and the kid working there told me to go next door. It was super unwelcoming and I will probably never go to this Starbucks again. Also the fact that my drink was ice cold and I was unable to put any sugar or cream in it because there was water and spilled tea all over the counter made me super upset.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been too... Wednesday night not that busy first day of the year and not honoring the fantastic Starbucks name. The whole place was dirty and the staff were totally rude to not only me but the couple of people in front and behind me. The boy on staff, Austin, was texting behind the counter and not bothering with his job. And the blond girl on staff was not being good at hosting anyone by being very rude. And the brown haired girl Kayla, who I supposed was the manager, was in the back messing around on her phone as well... After all of this I am very ashamed at Starbucks for who they hire and that their staff could not maintain their store properly... Not to mention they closed down the bathroom because no one bothered to clean it....

This is the dirtiest, nastiest, filthiest, Starbucks in all of San Diego County. I cant believe that a Starbucks anywhere much less a La Jolla location would be this filthy. The windows are always so dirty you cant even see through the glass, and the floor is always full of trash!!! Doesnt anybody ever sweep in this place!!!! I just cant believe a manager would actually allow a Starbucks or actually any place where you eat food to be this dirty filthy and nasty.

Im from Vegas and I have never seen a Starbucks like this one, filthy dirty, not friendly people and not just that, they close the restrooms so you cant use it, you spent your money and then they will tell you, sorry, we are cleaning the restroom, DONT GO THERE!!!! YOULL REGRET IT........

Very friendly staff. Went in asked for a refreshing drink, and the actually asked each other their input rather than just throw something together, in order to make me the most refreshing drink they could.

One of the last Starbucks without camper-repelling, harsh industrial metal stools. They even have some upholstered chairs. Its a nice, relaxed place to hang out for a while.

Parking spots are in a beach area, so its expected that its going to be bad. The cashiers and baristas are speedy and drinks taste as they should!
