I would give it 5 stars for the food and because prices are reasonable. It was busy the morning that I came in so I was ignored initially because apparently you can just seat yourself. It then took another 15 mins for a waitress to come and take my order. I also ran out of water halfway through eating and my waitress did not offer to refill until I was ready to pay the check. Everyone was nice just not attentive. Would still go again!

This place serves a really good breakfast and good coffee. The eatery is small with an old school diner vibe. No frills just good food at good prices. Try the breakfast or biscuits and gravy special for $8, you get a lot of food and it is much better quality than IHOP as well as a better deal. Best time to go would be a week day morning; weekends have lines out down the sidewalk.

This place is just ok. Very bland but cheap. I had an omelet it was unseasoned and I opted for the fruit cocktail which they mysteriously kept behind the counter. The fruit cocktail had an odd syrup and i couldnt eat it. My gf had the huevos rancheros she said it was good but not great. Its hard to recommend this spot when there is so much around that is outstanding!

My son and I stopped in because it was open at 6am. Both meals were fantastic, and large, and the service was excellent and friendly. The breakfast burrito was perfect, with a tortilla that was tender but not greasy, and the homemade green salsa was wonderfully spicy. My son was quite happy with the whipped cream offered on the hot cocoa.

Good location. Tho restaurant is first come first served and during peak time (breakfast) youll be waiting especially when 4 or more in your group. Sometimes you have to split up to get a table. The food is good and service is quick. But my potato or hash is burned. Over all Ill give it this place 3 1/2 star for good service and quick food.

Ted is awesome , His Mom has worked hard for years to build one of the best breakfast establishments in OB. Ted and the the staff carry on the tradition. An establishment friendly to the locals and the people who come to get the beach experience from other places. Thanks guys always a pleasure they have a meal at the Old Town House

Its exactly what youd expect from a diner. The atmosphere is very relaxed, but it can really get packed in the mornings. Its nice to get breakfast here after visiting the pier and walking around OB. The staff is very friendly and generous with the coffee. The biscuits with gravy are my favorite.

Great diner for any day of the week. This place is usually crowed on the weekends but the wait isnt long. They dont try to put any spin on the food. You get what you order and it comes out quick. The staff is friendly and they fill your coffee as soon as you take a sip.

The place was not busy at all which was good. I went with my family of 6. Everyone elses food looked and tasted fine. Nothing special. However, my food was burnt giving it an interesting flavor which I did not enjoy. They gave us lots of food for a good price.

By far without a question the best breakfast in ocean beach. I always get the biscuit special and about 10 cups of coffee. Love the classic diner style and the service is wonderful. Also one of the rare spots in OB that accepts cards. Solid breakfast everytime.

This is a good ol greasy spoon. Very old-fashioned, and the staff are great! Me and my friends come here all the time, the waitresses are awesome! If you want some eggs and potatoes, this is the spot... and you can go for a walk to the beach afterwards!

Local breakfast/brunch/lunch triple threat. Whether its biscuits and gravy, pancakes or some hashbrowns everythings absolutley delicious. Customer service was great, and not expensive, at all! Favorite place for breakfast. They also serve cocktails ✌

The staff was very nice, and the food was delicious. Even the coffee had a great flavor and was not acidic at all. Very welcoming, and the food is cheap and comes in good proportions (the breakfast burrito was enough for two full meals!)

When I lived in OB, I’d go here every Sunday. The place’s food was quite consistent. And it was deliciously greasy, and perfect for those hangover Sunday’s.. They also serve mimosas, if you wanna take that cure for a hangover instead.
