Why am I giving a chain restaurant 5 stars? The people that work here. Every time I go to this noodles and co I have a wow experience which is saying something because I am kind of a cynic. I went yesterday after printing out my free noodle bowl coupon and presented it with my drivers license- which has a different last name. I felt like this was going to be an issue and I was defensive because I reeeeaaalllly wanted those carbs. "Its my birthday." [shoves coupon at server with prepared speech ready] "Congrats?" Says the obviously confused server. He may have detected I was Hangry (hunger anger) at this point so he tosses a rice krispy treat at me. I tried to show him my ID but he believed me. So I scored a rice krispy treat on top of my already generous noodle bowl. Which tasted terrific, in case you were wondering. These people are so nice. I really love coming to this location for great food and great service. Theyve got free wifi and amble parking. All in all a great place to carb load.

Went there for lunch a few weeks ago and it was a great experience. I had the Japanese Pan Noodles and was not disappointed. While I was enjoying my food, I witnessed another customer get upset because they offered him the wrong order. The server then approached me and asked if I had tried the Mac & Cheese, I said no but it would have been my second choice, she then offered me the dish (wrong order for other customer). I gladly accepted and enjoyed it for dinner that night. I was impressed and will be back, glad to see they dont waste food. Also I understand orders come out wrong sometimes, but I personally dont think it is a reason to get upset, servers put up with a lot.

I ordered some Mac and cheese from Noodles and Co. over Uber Eats. I was excited because, I assumed, all mac and cheese is delicious. Right? Wrong! I added chicken and mushrooms, too. Sounds yummy, right? Wrong again. The chicken was fiberous, the mushrooms were flavorless with the worst consistancy ever ever tasted, and half of the noodles didnt evem have cheese sauce. I wish I would have just taken $15 and thrown it out my window. It would have, at least, made SOMEONE happy....where as THIS purchase left everyone worse than before. Bottom line, you can get better noodles from literally anywhere. Dont waste your money.

I go to Noodles & Company regularly for lunch in Point Loma. They have an authentic flavor with quality ingredients. I dropped my card in the fishbowl and won a free lunch for me and 5 other employees. Everyone had a great time and really enjoyed their food. The Manager and staff we encountered were outgoing, courteous, and very helpful. Try the "smolder from Boulder" if you need a little extra kick!

If you love noodle soup this is the place to go. Especially on a cold winter day, the noodle soups come out pipping hot. I went with my parents and I ordered them a chicken and an anchovy. I ordered myself the acorn cold noodle and I instantly became a fan. Highly recommend this place!

Every time I go, I leave with a satisfied feeling similar when leaving pacers that the experience was money well spent. Attentive staff even the cooks are saying hi. It didnt take anytime at all for my food to be delivered, it didnt take anytime to eat the food because it was delicious!

The kal gooksoo here is delicious, and perfect rainy day food. One portion is big, so a great value and I would consider sharing a bowl and maybe ordering some dumplings on the side. The kimchi is good, well seasoned and ideal for dunking into the soup to spice it up.

Great people, and certainly great food. Our server, Jeff, was was exceptionally nice and informative for us. We ordered the Penne Rosa and garlic bread. We were visiting from Alabama and were quite surprised.
