The food is great, service is great too. But I dont like how Marcia Brown treats her peers. I have seen her yelling at other employees in front of customers. In many ocations I have seen her interupt the cashier yelling at her while serving a customer. If this person did something wrong it should be talked in private not trying to humiliate her specially in front of customers. Every time I see that this happens it changes my mood. I think is rude of her part.. she needs to take some curse on how to be a supervisor or treat other people. I have nothing against this particular person and she maight be doing a great job but not at treating her peers..

I just moved to San Diego and usually enjoy lunch at Panera. I have been to this one 3 times now. Every visit has been the same. Employees on the phone instead of helping you at the counter. They do not know how to ring up your order. Today it was the turkey and kale. He had to get someone to show him. They always tell me this is to go right. Also today, they were handwriting numbers on a piece of paper. After waiting awhile, I went and asked if my sandwich was ready. She said she could not find me. There are only about 10 people in here. I will miss Panera here. I hope to find a good one somewhere else.

Please close this store. Oh wait, you already have. Just didnt take the trouble to post the sign. Stood in line yesterday at lunch where we were each told, in turn, that they had no bread. "Just sent out a big catering order and we are out of bread." OK then. Third strike at this mismanaged spot where understandably resentful and angry workers get to deliver the bad news to hungry customers who believe this is like other Panera stores. It isnt.

Now dont get me wrong, I am a huge Panera fan but this location is just sad... Definitely needs an update. Smells of old carpet. The lady running the register was more interested in talking to her coworkers then helping me order, wish they would install the kiosks so I could order myself like many other locations. To top it all off my breakfast sandwhich looked like an old forgotten about grilled cheese.

The staff here are nice. The food is pretty good. My only complaint is that everything takes such a long time. The person taking your order is the same person that is cooking your bagel, making your drink, grabbing pre made food, yudda, yudda, yudda... It is painful to behold. The management have no concept of how to streamline service. Or perhaps that is the way corporate wants it.

Awsome place too relax and do homework! Food is healthy and Delicious! Plenty of parking and Location is easy to find (if your using google maps its even easier). For desert they have cookies, pastries, cinnamon and pecan rolls, and assorted muffins my personal favorite is the Cobblestone)

I am upset that Panera continues to advertise the Autumn soup, which I love, and when I ask for it on Dec 28th am told they are discontinuing it on Jan 3rd but stopped serving it on the 28th!! What!? Really!? Then why continue to advertise!! Ugh, Panera!! are discontinue

Parking can be tough, but the staff is wonderful and friendly. Standard Panera fare and I didnt realize the bread bowl is only a cup of soup. Definitely getting a salad next time like my friend, get Greek salad with chicken was amazing.

The cream of chicken and wild rice bread bowl was excellent as I had it for the first time. Drink distinct grapefruit chamomile cardamom is definitely something I would recommend trying and if youre into different drinks of choices.

Panera Bread is a terrific restaurant with a vast menu of delectably delicious food choices!!! Fresh food is Panera Breads forte! Free Wi-Fi at all locations. I love the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo. My Wife loves the Turkey Sandwich.

My wife and I walked the short distance from our home to have lunch here a couple of times when we live in University Heights.The service was always slow,meals average and they dont know how to make a decent latte.

Ordered online for fast pickup and when I got home, I was very disappointed with my salad. I paid 4.15 for less than half of the already small box, to be filled with lettuce. Wont be ordering here again

Usual Panera Bread quality. This is a street mall store which makes it a bit smaller than some of its counterparts, but I dont think youll have trouble finding a place I sit. Parking can be tricky.
