Yesterday (10/1/16), I came through a very full drive thru on a very busy Sat afternoon. The young lady who took my order in line was exceptional, and very cheery for being stuck out in the sun! I ordered my food, now I had just received a new bank card due to chip malfunctions in my other one. I had used it at the gas station so I assume it was fine. Nope at the window declined. I did not have enough cash ( some but not enough) to cover my order. I offered to go to the bank and come back. This incredible manager gave me a discount that I could cover with the cash on hand. He was kind, and a total rockstar. Thank you to him and the entire staff for their kindness!

Very FAST, CLEAN, FREINDLY, WELCOMING, AND TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE IN FAST FOOD. THE FOOD IS GOOD AND TOP QUALITY. I LIKE BRINGING MY LITTLE ONES HERE BECAUSE THE STAFF IS SUPER ACCOMMODATING, THE PLAYGROUND IS CLEAN AND FRESH NUTRITIONAL OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE. AND I FIND IT SWEET HOW YOUR WAIT TIME IS NO LONGER THAN 5 MINUTES AND THEY (STAFF) THINKS IS A LONG WAIT AND APOLOGIZE. Thumbs up for bree. She was our server and did an excellent job in all aspects

Chick-Fil-A is a great place to get a quick meal thats inexpensive. Their chicken always tastes great! I love the way they mix cheese and other toppings onto their chicken sandwiches for some added flavor and they always provide plenty of sauces for added taste! Youll find that all Chick-Fil-As have a childs playpen to keep the kids occupied. I enjoy this location because its settled in a nice shopping center and has plenty of parking thats uncrowded.

We stopped by this location on the way to my nephews graduation. The restaurant is located in a nice shopping center across from the Island Pacific Supermarket. It has a nice secluded patio area right in front of the store where you can eat outside. It was very clean and well maintained. This location was less staffed with employees I have seen at other locations but that did not affect the great service.

Waited a while. I asked how much longer and came back with my food and very apologetic. Willing to give me a refund for my wait. It wasnt necessary. I just wanted my food. The manager was very polite and even gave me card for a free sandwich. I understand they get busy and might forget once in a while. They went above and beyond to make the customer happy. The food is always great here! Service has always been friendly and fast. They keep the whole place very clean, including the kids play area. This particular location is always very crowded. Guess I cant complain since Im always there too! They do a lot of great family activities here like daddy daughter date nights, family nights, etc. Definitely recommend

Love the Food, Love the service, not thrilled on the snooty parents that come in there. Several times have me and my husband gone in there and several times have we had dirty looks, and people talking about us. Apparently we are the wrong kind for their liking. But the kids are great just the ignorant parents!!

Drive up window forgot my soda I didnt realize till I went to take a drink. I called and complained all I was offered to go back and pick it up! I was long gone! Manager said when im around the area to go by! So upset at lack of customer satisfaction!

This is my first stop when I come into LA area. I grew up with Chick-fil-A nuggets in the Midwest and it is truly a comfort food for me. Whenever Im near one, I have to go. Theres nothing else I want to eat more.
