So sad to say this but i been coming here for years and I have never in my life seen anything like this... Ok so on 07-11-17 I walked in to pick up my order with my kids and I happen to see the general manager walk out with her bag and go up to a car in the parking lot (blue Honda) And she looked around to make sure no one was looking and quickly hands the gentalmen in the passenger seat drugs she talked to him and the driver for a few moments and laughed and walked back into pizza hut and went back to her work as I was getting ready to leave with my order I asked who she was and her name she told me she was the general manager and her name was Melissa. I didnt say anything to anyone at the time as i should have right away but i just felt like i should bring it to corporate first before anything so i did I sent it 2 times just to make sure i really hope something gets done about this cuz Im sure more ppl have probly seen it happen as i did. I will not be returning to this place I rather drive to Dominos or papa Johns before I think about taking my kids by there again. My oldest son told me he follows her on social media and had shown me her instagram of her posting about selling pills and that was the last straw. I will be posting the picture up for all to see.... very unhappy with this . Please pizza hut do something about this. If i see her again i will be calling the cops and will record her for police to see.

I called Pizza Hut to deliver a pizza to school, and they said they wont deliver it directly to the school so I started asking questions and was shut down on every question I asked. I called back and tried ordering it to my house which both my parents were at home and the guy on the phone was rude and said he wont serve me or my parents who would call from the specific location. Moments later my mother gets the pizza and says the only reason they didnt want to sell it to me was that I called to much and asked to many questions and I was bugging, was I wrong for asking questions? Isnt the customer always right or is that just a saying. I am very disappointed in the service and most likely wont be buying from there anymore.

Placed order at 4:30 today. Got a confirmation email say 5:08 for delivery. 5:30 came. I called to find out what was happening. I was told my delivery was out and to call back in 10 min if hes not there. I let 15 min go by, still nothing. I call back. I get a sarcastic person telling me that my CC declined, we tried call you, so we canceled your order. 1 my CC would not decline. 2, Im on a home network and my phone didnt ring. When I tried to tell him, he hung up on me. I called back, he hung up again. I called back asked for a General Manager, they left me on hold for now 15 min. Do Not order from this location.

Pizza was about 45 min late. I showed the delivery guy the 30 late free pizza thing from the website and he said he could not do that. To make matters worse the credit card number on the recipe was not the card that we had ( the card we had was still charged ) since the card number was wrong, he could not leave the pizza w/t us. Instead of getting a free pizza we ended up paying another 20$ for a single pizza. This summed up to spending 40$. I recommend that you dont waste your time if you are ordering a delivery.

I normally enjoy pizza hut, but at this location the service and pizza was HORRIBLE!! It took them an hour to give me 1 pizza which was hard as a rock, with burnt toppings. They burnt my first pizza and they F**@#D up my second pizza. I will never eat here again. The guy offered us free wings but the manager in the back started yelling at him for offering us wings SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND SO WAS THE FOOD!. Never again will i waste money here.. Yuck

Whoever gave this a bad review probably just got unlucky. Ive gone here more times than I can count and they do a consistently good job with order time and food quality. Their new menu is out of this world and excellent coupons at retail me not dot com. Medium three topping for six fifty. This is the best current value per Calorie of any fast food restaurant and you can even go with healthy toppings for a balanced meal.

BAD BAD SERVICE! Ive never written a review on anything but the service here is terrible. Rude over the phone service. it took them an hour and a half to deliver my ONE pizza on a slow wednesday night. My pizza was cold and extra greasy. The bottom of the box had a huge grease stain that seeped through...And no napkins! I love pizza hut but I've never had such horrible service as this. It was disgusting. Never again!

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza tonight and they did not cut the pizza right. I had to used a knife to cut it. Also, the stuffed crust pizza was really messy to eat. The quepapas as well was a bit over cooked. I dont understand why is it so hard to do their task the right way. This will be my last time to come here. Ill stick with Papa Johns or Dominoes pizza.

Worst Pizza Hut on the planet. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! How hard is it to put extra sauce on a pizza?????????????????? Ive been living around the block from this pizza hut since 1998. It actually use to be really good. I dont know what the heck happened. But, i stopped eating there in 2004. I did come back recently to find out things havent changed.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas over the phone while I was on my way there and once I got there they were already working on it and I ordered a special pizza, didnt have to wait too long and the manager was really friendly with us and took care of us quick. My husband ordered wings last minute and they got it done quick as well!

They hang up about 2-3 times before they answer the phone. They do not know their own specials. They cant handle their own business when it gets busy. I watched a pizza guy just pass my house during my delivery that was blocks away he had no idea what he was doing. They cannot even read my last name right.
