I cant stop coming back to this place because its one of a kind. But every time there is one issue or another which makes it a place we only come when we are just craving it sooooo bad. The price is always different although we order the same thing every time. We always order well done wings for the crisp and that is usually a fail. Sometimes the fries are good and other times u are just thankful the ranch is good. Oh and they can never get my name right even when I spell it!!

Horrible customer service, manager and employees were very unprofessional, and food was refused to be replaced even though you could clearly tell the product was cooked in old oil because it had a dark color & this is what usually happens when you use the same oil for several batches.... overall disappointed! Will not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

I went there on my lunch break with my daughter and her friend this past Monday around 1:30. The lady who took my order was extremely rude for no reason at all. She acted as though she hated her job and every customer in there. With customer service like that, I may never go back.

I had a terrible experience with one of their managers by the name of Claudia.She was extremely rude .no education whatsoever and bad customer service..Ive been a customer here for years and now with service like hers i am really considering not returning.

The wings are not how they use to be.. i rather drive to gilroy and buy my wings there.. The fries are never cold and the wings are made after you order.. and they always have more sauce

This Windstop is in a very nice location. The place its self its pretty clean. Good customer service and the food is pretty good.
