Couldnt believe the service I got from this place last night. I was helped by a young gal named Nicole and while at the register she was extremely disrespectful. While I was ordering she was very nasty with her looks and made it known she was irritated that I didnt know exactly what I wanted right away. Than after I sat down she took a ten minute break and spoke on the phone with vulgar language. Than she took a call on the company phone and with that call to spoke the same way. Needless to say her break lasted far more than 10 mins. After I was done eating I went to the counter to ask for a to-go box and she looked at me and ignored the fact I was waiting just to gossip to another employee. A young gentleman from the back got my to-go box and apologized. This same gentleman cleaned up the lobby because she left it a mess before she took her "ten". I could not believe the visit I had last night from this woman.

Usually a good place to go but the past 2 times they have seemed to be not to great they where understaffed only 4 people and it was saterday at 6 my online order estamates about 30 minutes so i come down there and sit for another half hour oh well no big deal then i find out the fries are undercooked like still cold on the inside and my wings are cold like they had been sitting out for awhile i was really disapointed cause at one point i really liked that place

Very good food, and cheap on mondays and tuesday. The only downside is the service is very slow, and has a hard time keeping up with a lot of customers. I waited forever for my order because no one told me it was ready or even tried to ask

First time there....they didnt explain their menu or options...they were very slow...if you want a dipping side there is extra charge...nothing comes with wings unless you ask and pay

The cashier at the register was fairly rude. The food was subpar boneless parmesian/garlic and regular hot absolutely disgusting couldnt even eat them.
