I placed my order on my Wingstop iPhone app. I was disappointed to see that the app told me I would have to wait 30 minutes for my order to be ready, but that is what it said. So, I waited at home for 15 minutes and then drove to the restaurant. I waited in the car for a few more minutes until my “30 minute window” was up. I walked up to the counter and noticed a brown bag sitting there getting cold. That was my food. I asked how long itd been sitting there, and the counter person said it had been ready for about 20 minutes. (The counter person was not wearing a name tag, but on my receipt it had the name “Mia” as the cashier.) I explained my story that I had ordered online, to which she replied, “Oh, yeah, that never really works.” I pressed her a little further asking that if I ordered again online should I rely on what the app said (to wait for 30 minutes) or to just come to the restaurant immediately? She said that some orders take longer and some take less, so she really didnt know. I then stated that maybe I shouldnt order online anymore and just come to the restaurant. At this point, Mia became very irritated at my questions and statements. She used the indignant phrase, “Sir, I am not going to engage you any further.” Not knowing what she meant, I now became very irritated with her. She clearly did not want to talk to me anymore, even though there was no one else in line behind me. I just wanted to know how the system worked, but she just wanted to get me out of her face apparently. I then asked to speak to a manager, to which she said there wasnt one. I asked how I could provide some feedback to a manager or the owner, and so she pulled out a cute, pink heart Post-it note and wrote a phone number on their with the name “Cassandra” who she said was the manager/owner. I got in my car and called Cassandra on the phone number provided, only to find that the number she had given me was incorrect. I guess Mia would do anything to get me to leave. I then called back to the restaurant and was put on hold for eight minutes, so I hung up and called back again. I then spoke to someone who said he was not authorized to give out the name or phone number of the manager/owner. After I told him that Mia had already done so, he said, “Oh”. He then said that he would have Cassandra call me back within a day or two. After not hearing back from Cassandra, after three days, I called the restaurant again. This time I spoke to a shift lead employee who calmly listened to my story. She actually seemed to care about what happened the previous week and said she was sorry. She said she would definitely have Cassandra call me so that I could speak with her. It is now been two weeks and I have lost all hope in ever hearing from Cassandra the manager and owner of this Wingstop franchise. I will not go back to this Wingstop until I hear from Cassandra. I would also not recommend anyone go to this Wingstop, because they just dont seem to care nor have any sense of customer service. The food is okay, if they get your order right, but if they dont, you may feel as helpless as I did. There are many better options locally—go there instead.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NEGATIVE STARS. I planned this evening a head of time driving from San Leandro to Concord, drive to wingstop pick out order up and go straight to Westwind Drive Inn Movies. So loaded up my car blanket, chairs, portable speaker and placed my online order at this sorry wingstop. Janette called me while were about to drive off said "I you want your wings cooked you need to pay by credit card or we wont have your food ready for pick up, if you want to pay cash come down here pay for it and well drop your wings." I went off Im driving 45 minutes from San Leandro to concord that was whole reason ordering online to have food ready go straight to the movies. I told her to have the manager call me call your manger tell her to call me, she had another girl call me not a manager, I explained to I feel as if because my name is not Becky or Ashley they want me to pay by credit they refused to make the order told to bad if your on a timeline when you get here with the cash then well cook your food. I was and am pissed ruined our whole trip no where online does it say I have to pay by credit card, and its not that i dont have a credit card i withdrew cash for the trip up there. Ridiculous who would want to go have there food made by these idiots after all that. We ended changing our plans just because that ruin with people who want to argue with paying customer.

First...a disclaimer, I actually like the wings, Im just really upset with the service at this particular Wing Stop. I called in an order for 7:30pm pick up time. I was asked to leave my phone number during the order. No one ever called to let me know they were swamped with orders and that mine would be half hour late. I get there and they just pretty much ask me to suck it up. I show up to the counter half hour later to be told "oops, heres your cold order, let me get you some fresh fries." Then they give me fries different then the ones I ordered. The guy before me was just as upset about his order and walked out after getting no where with the workers. He asked for the manager- he/she wasnt around, he asked for Corporates number- they couldnt find it. Right.

The customer service here has consistently been terrible for the past two years Ive lived here. Orders online have NEVER been ready on time. Currently I am sitting here waiting for an order to be cooked that I ordered online over half an hour ago. They just answered the phone and told a lady on the phone that she needed to hold because they were busy with a customer.....there is no customer. They are busy chatting in the kitchen about parties and booze. If I was a secret shopping district manager they would ALL be fired right now. It is currently 5:20pm on February 13, 2017 in case one reads it.

Usually this place is fantastic, but we stopped in on the 4th to get food so that we didnt have to cook, and NOTHING that I asked was done correctly! The fries were disgusting and unedible, our dog wouldnt even eat them. I asked for the chichen to be cooked an additional 30-60 seconds so that it would be crispy. Ugh, it was soft and soggy making the skin thats supposed to have a crispy crunch, chewy and gross! The assistant mgr. said that she checked and bagged our order herself, so I figured it was done right and took het at her word! A very costly $47.89 mistake that will never happen again!
