The waiter that served us was Taylor. As he approached our table to take our order he grabbed a chair and sat to talk with us and told us his faves on the menu. He was very relaxed and personable with us. He recommended Mamas Chicken, my husband loved it so much that he ordered it a 2nd time the same night! Which NEVER happens. I have NEVER seen my husband order anything TWICE back to back. I tasted it, it was alright. I didnt really care for it. I ordered a Prawn taco that Taylor recommended. And a tilapia taco. The prawn had great flavor but the prawns were over cooked and tough to chew and the tilapia didnt have the flavor I was expecting because I make bomb ass tilapia tacos at home. The refried beans and rice were delicious, really good. The salsa wasnt superb, Ive had BETTER. BUT it was good. I would give the food a 4 because it was good and tasted cooked-fresh. The restaurant was clean including the bathroom and the service was excellent! And I want to go back to try their enchiladas, beef tacos and chimichanga. So I give an overall 5.

Beer is cold and food is hot. The best Mexican food you will find in sacramento. The food is great the staff is very friendly they make you feel so welcome even its your first time there. The staff is great but there is one who is the owners son with a never-ending smile Jeremy. With the best mexican food in town and service that makes you feel at home this is the place to enjoy Monday through Sunday, even the bartender Estefan will see you waiting and bring you a beverage while you wait SERVICE is everything. The family have been is business for 26 years, so they must be doing something great. Everything is made from scratch everyday. So if you have a moment in your day please come check out the wonderful and loving la Rosa Blanca

Food were Tasty, Over Priced & Poor Service Our Contractor had recommended La Rosa Blanca as the great place to eat with great price. So We had gone out to eat here. For my parents and I had tried it our as food were tasty. Service was slow plus she had brought out the chips in very small tray. For chips refill were very skimpy. Very small tip because she had cut corner to save her bosss money. For 3 of us, it cost $41.90 as I had gave her only $2.10, it should be around SIX-BUCK of tip. Go to 524 Mexican Restaurant in North Sac.instead La Rosa Blanca.

This was the worst Mexican food Ive ever had. The salsas both red and green were not only bland but it tastes like they dilute them with water. I was so unimpressed with the menu that I actually chose the ground beef taco lunch special thinking it would be ok. I couldnt even eat it. The beef was grey and mushy..looked like less than 70/30. My hubby had the chicken quesadilla which also was bland. Mexican food is supposed to have spice and flavor. This lacks everything but friendly service...

La Rosa Blanca is a great find! A friend told me about it two years ago and whenever I have eaten there, the food is great! LOVE their salsa! They have such a family-oriented environment, too. Our family enjoyed dinner there this past weekend for Cinco de Mayo and it was great to hear the live music. Very authentic food and atmosphere! They also recently catered a large event for us with street tacos for 450 people. We heard nothing but great comments. Thanks, guys!

First and foremost there was a Chicken bone in what was suppose to be a Chicken Chimichanga, but was the size of a flauta, it was not at all Deepfried like a Chimi is suppose to be. They sliced it open? like they were serving a child. The Prices on the Web site are about 20% lower then the price you get charged at the restaurant. I am all about trying new places, to support small local businesses, but this was my First and Last time for this one.

Great menu. This is the real deal! Family recipes, the mole sauce is smooth with just a hint of chili at the end. The street tacos are great, and the rice is extraordinarily flavorful. Hard to decsribe, subtle seasonings make everything we tried memorable. Strongly recommenf this very clean, restaurant. Margaritas are strong but I eould have liked a bit more lime/sweetsour flavor. Very extensive menu.

Absolutely one of the BEST places to get authentic mexican food. The owner Patti and her family go the extra mile to provide excellent service. My friends and family have been going to eat here ever since the first location was opened on Auburn Blvd. Now that they are on Fulton Ave, I am literally 2 blocks away! I eat here as often as I can. Try the carnitas plate! Yum!

I usually like this place. The Margarita machine wasnt working. The food was cold when it arrived at our table. Within 10 minutes, I heard the waitress, ask another table if they would like a pitcher of Margaritas. Dont you think she could have come over and asked me if Id like that Margarita, now that the machine was working?

Awsome!!!! We only eat out once in a while. But this place is always busy no matter day or time food is so good and the service is good too Friday night LIVE BAND!!!! Once in a while the service is not a good as other times. We are not sure why maybe you should just go on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday night???

Awesome food been coming for years started at the old location on Auburn Blvd. Love the Mole, flour chips the prawn salad is the best anywhere its a family run business always clean and delicious. The only room for improvement would be the margarita mix.

The food was okay, but the chips and salsa was really good. We went for lunch and I ordered the chili rellano which came with rice and beans. Loved the colorful decor inside which was filled with various Mexican accessories.

The server was rude, the food is disgusting, and when I told the server I didnt like the enchiladas, she went to the kitchen and talked bad about me outloud in Spanish. Absolutely the worst Mexican restaurant ever. AVOID.

The food was very nasty i would never here again. The best part of my meal was the glass of soda with was $3. Tacos were mostly lettuce. The rice had no taste. I would a 1/2 star if they had that choice. Yuck !!!

Place is comfortable and the food is excellent. It is not really close to where I live, but I know several people who wont go anywhere else. Very tasty, and the service is always friendly and accommodating.
