This place is scamming their clients at the moment. Im very disappointed especially since Im a regular customer. Here is the scam: Three people were involved - 2 ladies and a man. On December 8, 2013 I asked for a Salad with chicken. The first lady gave me a 1/2 portion of chicken and passed it on to the second lady. The second lady looked down at my salad and saw the small portion and asked me if I wanted a little more chicken. Of course I said. She added more chicken and then said something under her breath to a man on the assembly line. At no point did they mention that I was being charged for more meat even though I initially received a 1/2 portion. FYI - They charge an additional $2. (Im guessing management needs to increase their sales volume - the add-on increase the sales price by 1/3.) What upset me was the way they went about it. No communication and being very quiet about the transaction. I didnt even know I was charged the additional item until I looked at my recipe.

I have to start by saying I love Chipotle, but this location is terrible and the sad part is that is the closest to my house by far. When I pick up they always forget to put the kids drink and treat in the bag, and when you check the bag they make rude faces at you, last night they didnt forget, but the food was gross, so bad that we throw it out, also not all the ingredients requested where there, not sure if Im angry or disappointed since the next Chipotle is like 40 minutes away.

There is women with piercing on her cheeks, i asked her for more cheese and she kept laughing with her coworker and I asked her what was funny about asking for more cheese and she wouldnt reply and started laughing more and giving looks. The worst chipotle ive ever been so far and the customer ahead of me asked for more sour cream and they gave her attitude and kept laughing.. I dont recommend that place.

As good as any Chipotle but unfortunately this one gets knocked for having one of the top 5 worst parking lots Ive had the displeasure of trying to park in. Everything about it is too narrow and there are at least 20 too few spaces. Pro-tip if desperate you can park on 15th Avenue behind the building and walk through the Mini Mart parking lot. Often a lot easier than fighting for that last space.

This place LOADS the meat and ingredient. Well worth your money. Good sevice too. Only downside, its usually busy due to a college nearby. And when its busy, the food seems uncook sometimes.. like rice not fully cook or chicken with fat still on.. but never had any uncook meat.

Its a chipotle. Fast service, large portion sizes, and decent food. This one has a good locating next to sac city college, and intersection of two major roads. A bit annoying if you want to leave south on Freeport though. Place was clean with plenty of seats when I went.

I love chipotle. usually when I come in its busy but around the time 4pm it was slow and the service was great. I got a salad and was being indecisive but the lady was so patient with me. :) theyre chips are the best always have to get them with the guacamole

Never going to this location again. Had to wait 10 min for steak once my bowl was already made, drive home which is about 10 min away then open my food to realize they gave me barbacoa instead. Chips taste stale. Extremely disappointed with service here

The Freeport Chipotle is by far the best one in the Sacramento Area. Filled with top performers always treating customers correctly with the highest standards. The food is always "FRESH"! Ive always enjoyed each experience with this Chipotle!

Consistent pleasant service. The only reason I didnt give 5 Stars is because the last few times I did an online order, they missed something. Whenever I brought it their attention they genuinely apologized and corrected it.

My first time at Chipotle, it was overpriced and my burrito was gross. I ended up giving half of it to an injured crow around the corner, which seemed ok because I think crows have lower standards than people.
