This was the most horrible experience ever! I have 5 kids and the order not only took over an hour to arrive but once it did it was incorrect. About an hour into the wait we had called to check on our order and the person who picked up the phone was pretty rude. Then once the pizza arrived we checked the order it was not only cold it was incorrect. They missed a WHOLE pizza. We run out to stop the delivery guy to inform him of the issue and the guy "Cory" would not even roll down his window to talk to us. I had to tell him to roll the windows down.. He looked at the recite and said well someone "fucxxxxed up" and proceeded to tell us he dont know what to say but he had a job to do and left. He asked if we had a problem in a threading manner. At that point we were done with this CORY guy and went inside to call a Manager. We were told there was no manager to speak to.

2 stars simply because RT pizza is always good. And the help used to be good but... theyve managed to screw up my last two pizza orders. Not even an extreme order, just NO MUSHROOMS! Pretty simple right? They are willing to fix the problem time and time again, but really should focus on what the actual problem is. Plus this location really needs to be updated, or just closed for a week so they can deep clean it. After the last visit the family and I decided were not going back until something changes. PS: Having your employees hang out in dining booths waiting for whatever, (on break, slow night, who knows?) is very uncomfortable to customers. Especially while your delivery driver stares my wife up and down with his tongue on the floor waiting for his next call. Get it together RT. We really used to like coming here.

This use to be a good place to eat, now its just dirty and run down. There was no ice in either machine, an employee walked in from a delivery amd realized the ice machine was empty, so she walked to the back to gwt herself ice, but never filled the machines. Salad bar was a mess, but no other people were in the dining room but myself and my 5 year old. All the counters were sticky, windows full of finger prints, and dirty tables I have watched literally 3 employees walk in the door to start their shifts, so there are currently 6 employees im the restaurant right now ams nothing is being done. Ive been coming here since i was a kid, and every time ive come im here in the last 2 years i say iys the last..... i guess i keep expecting somethimg different. Im really done this time. The owner should be embarrassed.

Called in order. Showed up cashier took my money told me my pizza wasnt ready yet. I wait 20 minutes before she walked over to me and asked if I was waiting for a pizza. Duh! WTF! 5 minutes later walked back over and asked my what kind of pizza I ordered. I asked for a refund and left! Not the first time I have had an experience like this but will be the last time there. I will not parton Round Table Pizza any more at any local. This was the last straw! I am very sad that Steves Place closed on Junction!

With a tough, burned, dry crust and minimal toppings of questionable quality, the so-called "artisan" flatbread pizza was neither artisan nor on flatbread. It was disgusting and inedible. The cinnamon twists were no better, made of thick, tough dough burned on one side and nearly raw on the other, and stingily drizzed with so little topping it was hardly worth the second of effort it took. I will NEVER order from this Round Table again.

We eat at Round Table a few times per month but the quality/quantity of items per pizza has been significantly less, these past few months. I dont typically order a cheese pizza but it appears the prep staff only know the single version - cheese. I want to find the chart which describes how many of what item is typical, dependent on size. Not yet found. I may need to consider other options for us to dine in our future.

i love the pizza at round table, but this specific location actually makes an imprint of your credit card numbers for delivery service. i am not comfortable with the delivery guy (as honest as he may be) having my entire credit card number in his car. also, the delivery guys from this location could be a little more courtious and professional. only cash transactions when and IF i order from this location again.

I order delivery from here all the time, pizza is consistent. I usually order two large pizzas, but what I hate is they only drop off 3-4 cheese and 3-4 pepper packets.. 50+ bucks in pizza and all those slices. You think they would give more. Ive asked numerous times to have them bring more when they deliver the pizzas. The next time they always go right back to 3-4..

Love this place. Salad is fresh! The manager Cody was awesome!! However there were a group of girl employees sitting at the table behind us going over schedules who were super unprofessional and talking bad about the other employees anf their work ethic and the IQ of the man who made our pizza which made me feel a little irritated while i was eating

inconsistent pizza quality (often under cooked). Stingy with sauce. Poor service. long hold times on the phone. less than ideally clean and maintained inside. Rude staff. credit card imprint taken by the delivery guy. This is the one that delivers to my area. I drive to the other Round Tables instead of taking delivery from this joint.

Was told pizza would be ready in 20 minutes over the phone and when I went to pick them up they said it wouldnt be ready for 20 minutes! Way to expensive. Very unprofessional staff. Very slow and uncoordinated. While waiting every time the phone rang all the employees would say "not it". Do your job!

Pizza was good but it took 45 minutes to get our 1 small pepperoni pizza(it was dead). The salad bar looked disgusting and to top it off there was a huge cockroach crawling across the floor. If management reads this id recommend getting some pest control that’s flippin disgusting!

The food is the only thing going for this place. And just like the last review no trash cans anywhere! You have to hand it over to the people behind the counter.not very professional if you ask me. The place seems very dull . The food tastes good but alittle overpriced.

Got a coupon for a $20.99 special...the true cost? $27.99 after tax and delivery fee (which doesnt include tip either)! So $30 for one large, one topping pizza and 6 twists? Rip off.

They are always very friendly and professional when I call in orders to be picked up or delivered. I hope they are able to get a remodel soon. I dont like to eat in that location.

Horrible. Literally I have been waiting for a SMALL pizza for almost an hour now. The salad bar food was not fresh and most of the food was gone. I will NEVER return here again.

Weve had good luck getting pizza delivered to our home. For some reason nobody likes to deliver to Sixth St. This is the best pizza in the area.
