I came to your establishment to celebrate my sisters birthday and one of your managers thought it would be funny to make fun of me because of my size. My sister, notice the manager pointing and laughing with other employees who were preparing food. When I was made aware I told the girl manager, as we were preparing to leave, that you never know why a person may look a certain way or what circumstances caused it. I went on to tell her that I just had to surgeries and that I had been in a coma and had to learn to walk again, plus scheduled for another surgery. I let her know i only came there because I was celebrating my sisters birthday and that we chose her favorite eating place. It has been a while since I have been able to come out due to illnesses. I explained to the girl that my one of my illnesses requires me taking steroids.(lupus) Very sad that she was very unprofessional and very hurtful towards me as a customer. She continued to deny doing it, but other customers saw her doing it. I was devastated and came back home so hurt. I didnt think such lack of respect and professionalism didnt exist any longer in busineses where the factor is Customer Service. I will think twice about suggesting your establishment to others to eat at but I will not deface your business as it has rendered towards me, the customer.

I go here with my friends all the time, we all love the barbecue bacon charburger, but their mushroom burger, double charburger, and other sandwiches have almost always made us satisfied. The Habit does a phenomenal job of filling you up with a burger that tastes more premium than it costs, while still having fast food level order times. Ive never had an issue with the speed of service and the burger tastes well worth its money. If you want to get burgers with a date or some friends that are delicious but not too pricy, The Habit is a good choice for you, youll be satisfied in hunger, taste, and service. If there was any cons, I would say that Friday nights get super busy so make sure you find seats as fast as possible after ordering food. In winter time there is only indoor dining so outside is not an option.

That last reviewer worried about transfats? At a fast food restaurant? Really? LOL. And if you dont want mayo tell them no mayo, troll-boy. The bottom line to me is that Im willing to pay more for better quality, which The Habit definitely has. My only complaint is that I wish their seating area was a little larger because its always crowded. Ive tried Five Guys and the others for comparison but The Habit is my 1st choice when I want a burger (or chicken, or seared tuna). I also love their onion rings while my wife loves their vanilla shakes. Ive never had a bad meal here and never seen a face on their staff that wasnt smiling. The Habit is my Go-To place.

We come here for the albacore tuna burger which is always good. We just eat seafood and veggies so this is a great menu item for us. The sweet potato fries are delicious with this burger too. The place is almost always full so arrive early or be prepared to wait to place your order and for a table to open up.

A-. The Habit is always good. The only knock I have if any is that sometimes they overcook their onion rings. The Double Char w/Swiss and Bacon is great. I would say there milkshakes are A- also. Add some real Strawberrys to the shake and you got A+. Photo Uploaded for your viewing pleasure.

This location remodeled and the seating inside is very limited. If you see an open table, grab it. There is one table inside that seats six, most of the other tables are for two. The service is fast and patio seating is an option. Treat yourself to a shake, you wont regret it.

Always great service and delicious food. Best burger in and near Elk Grove. Seating is not limited it just gets busy, and why is that...because the food is great! My favorite is the double patty with pastrami and cheese. Oh and their soft served ice cream is the bomb!

One of our favorite places to eat out at. We eat there almost once a week. I love their hamburgers, salads and their albacore sandwhich. Prices are reasonable, food is excellent and there is something for everyone there. Their shakes and sundaes are tasty treats too!

Behind Willies, my second favorite Burger Joint. Fries are good, not great, burgers are a little bigger than Willies, and taste like the charbroiled seasoning is a little too strong. Jalapeños are a good condiment addition, but theirs are always a bit raw.

I really dont get the hype. Decent food, al la carte pricing can be steep. I dont see the appeal. Im from New England, though. I guess its me. Definitely a step above some fast food and I like that you can add your own heaping pile of jalapenos!

Basically when I dont feel like waiting 30-40 minutes for In-N-Out Burger I go here. The food is... amazing! High quality, tasty. The staff is really nice. Even the cooks in the back are very hard working. The whole operation is Pro!

You walk in and see the fesh meet over an open fire. Then you get the burger - you can taste the difference. Order some of the onion rings and the real shakes they make to order. I tried it about 6 months ago - I am hooked!!!

First time eating at the Habit, good burger and fries. I had a strawberry shake as well and it was very good. As others mentioned, the seating was limited but a minor inconvenience. I will not hesitate to come back!

The Santa Barbara Burger is the best burger in Elk Grove hands down. Staff is always friendly and food is always consistently good. Love this place and would recommend it to anyone. I guess I just did.

Wholesome fast food. The food is real food and so it takes awhile to prepare. Nonetheless, its quick and delicious. Compared to other fast food restraunts, this place feels better.
